அப்பொழுது அவள்: என் மகளே, இந்தக் காரியம் என்னமாய் முடியும் என்று நீ அறியுமட்டும் பொறுத்திரு; அந்த மனுஷன் இன்றைக்கு இந்தக் காரியத்தை முடிக்குமுன் இளைப்பாறமாட்டான் என்றாள்.

அதற்கு நகோமி, “மகளே, என்ன நடக்கிறது என்பதை அறிந்துகொள்ளும்வரை பொறுமையாக இருப்போம். தான் செய்ய வேண்டியவற்றை போவாஸ் செய்து முடிக்கும்வரை ஓய்வெடுக்கமாட்டான். என்ன நடக்கப் போகிறது என்பதை இன்று இரவுக்குள் நாமறிவோம்” என்றாள்.

thou know	תֵּֽדְעִ֔ין	yādaʿ	ya-DA
how	אֵ֖יךְ	ʾêk	ake
will fall:	יִפֹּ֣ל	nāpal	na-FAHL
the matter	דָּבָ֑ר	dābār	da-VAHR
for	כִּ֣י	kî	kee
will not	לֹ֤א	lōʾ	loh
