15 இதினால் என்ன? நாம் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்திற்குக் கீழ்ப்பட்டிராமல் கிருபைக்குக் கீழ்ப்பட்டிருக்கிறபடியால் பாவஞ்செய்யலாமா? கூடாதே. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

16 மரணத்துக்கேதுவான பாவத்துக்கானாலும், நீதிக்கேதுவான கீழ்ப்படிதலுக்கானாலும், எதற்குக் கீழ்ப்படியும்படி உங்களை அடிமைகளாக ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கிறீர்களோ, அதற்கே கீழ்ப்படிகிற அடிமைகளாயிருக்கிறீர்களென்று அறியீர்களா? Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

17 முன்னே நீங்கள் பாவத்திற்கு அடிமைகளாயிருந்தும், இப்பொழுது உங்களுக்கு ஒப்புவிக்கப்பட்ட உபதேச சட்டத்திற்கு நீங்கள் மனப்பூர்வமாய்க் கீழ்ப்படிந்ததினாலே தேவனுக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரம். But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.

18 பாவத்தினின்று நீங்கள் விடுதலையாக்கப்பட்டு, நீதிக்கு அடிமைகளானீர்கள். Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

19 உங்கள் மாம்ச பலவீனத்தினிமித்தம் மனுஷர் பேசுகிற பிரகாரமாய்ப் பேசுகிறேன். அக்கிரமத்தை நடப்பிக்கும்படி முன்னே நீங்கள் உங்கள் அவயவங்களை அசுத்தத்திற்கும் அக்கிரமத்திற்கும் அடிமைகளாக ஒப்புக்கொடுத்ததுபோல, இப்பொழுது பரிசுத்தமானதை நடப்பிக்கும்படி உங்கள் அவயவங்களை நீதிக்கு அடிமைகளாக ஒப்புக்கொடுங்கள். I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.

20 பாவத்திற்கு நீங்கள் அடிமைகளாயிருந்த காலத்தில் நீதிக்கு நீங்கினவர்களாயிருந்தீர்கள். For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.

21 இப்பொழுது உங்களுக்கு வெட்கமாகத் தோன்றுகிற காரியங்களினாலே அக்காலத்தில் உங்களுக்கு என்ன பலன் கிடைத்தது? அவைகளின் முடிவு மரணமே. What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.

22 இப்பொழுது நீங்கள் பாவத்தினின்று விடுதலையாக்கப்பட்டு, தேவனுக்கு அடிமைகளானதினால், பரிசுத்தமாகுதல் உங்களுக்குக் கிடைக்கும் பலன், முடிவோ நித்தியஜீவன். But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

15 Ithinaal enna? Naam niyaayappiramaanaththirkuk geelppattiraamal kirupaikkuk geelppattirukkirapatiyaal paavanjaெyyalaamaa? Koodaathae. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

16 Maranaththukkaethuvaana paavaththukkaanaalum, neethikkaethuvaana geelppatithalukkaanaalum, etharkuk geelppatiyumpati ungalai atimaikalaaka oppukkodukkireerkalo, atharkae geelppatikira atimaikalaayirukkireerkalentu ariyeerkalaa? Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

17 Munnae neengal paavaththirku atimaikalaayirunthum, ippoluthu ungalukku oppuvikkappatta upathaesa sattaththirku neengal manappoorvamaayk geelppatinthathinaalae thaevanukku Sthoththiram. But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.

18 Paavaththinintu neengal viduthalaiyaakkappattu, neethikku atimaikalaaneerkal. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

19 Ungal maamsa palaveenaththinimiththam manushar paesukira pirakaaramaayp paesukiraேn. Akkiramaththai nadappikkumpati munnae neengal ungal avayavangalai asuththaththirkum akkiramaththirkum atimaikalaaka oppukkoduththathupola, ippoluthu Parisuththamaanathai nadappikkumpati ungal avayavangalai neethikku atimaikalaaka oppukkodungal. 20 Paavaththirku neengal atimaikalaayiruntha kaalaththil neethikku neenginavarkalaayiruntheerkal. For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.

21 Ippoluthu ungalukku vetkamaakath thontukira kaariyangalinaalae akkaalaththil ungalukku enna palan kitaiththathu? Avaikalin mutivu maranamae. What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.

22 Ippoluthu neengal paavaththinintu viduthalaiyaakkappattu, thaevanukku atimaikalaanathinaal, Parisuththamaakuthal ungalukkuk kitaikkum palan, mutivo niththiyajeevan. But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
