  3. καὶ And kai οὐδεὶς no man oudeis ἠδύνατο was able dynamai ἐν in en τῷ ho οὐρανῷ heaven, ouranos οὐδὲ nor oude ἐπὶ in epi τῆς ho γῆς earth, οὐδὲ neither oude ὑποκάτω under hypokatō τῆς the ho γῆς earth, ἀνοῖξαι to open anoigō τὸ the ho βιβλίον book, biblion οὐδὲ neither oude βλέπειν to look blepō αὐτό thereon. autos

  7. καὶ And kai ἦλθεν he came erchomai καὶ and kai εἴληφεν took lambanō τὸ the ho βιβλίον book biblion ἐκ out of ek τῆς the ho δεξιᾶς right hand dexios τοῦ him ho καθημένου of that sat kathēmai ἐπὶ upon epi τοῦ the ho θρόνου throne. thronos
  8. καὶ And kai ὅτε when hote ἔλαβεν he had taken lambanō τὸ the ho βιβλίον book, biblion τὰ the ho τέσσαρα four tessares ζῷα beasts zōon καὶ and kai οἱ ho εἴκοσι twenty eikosi τέσσαρες four tessares πρεσβύτεροι elders presbyteros ἔπεσον fell down piptō ἐνώπιον before enōpion τοῦ the ho ἀρνίου Lamb, arnion ἔχοντες having echō ἕκαστος every one of them hekastos κιθάρας, harps, kithara καὶ and kai φιάλας vials phialē χρυσᾶς golden chryseos γεμούσας full gemō θυμιαμάτων of odours, thymiama αἵ which hos εἰσιν are eisi αἱ the ho προσευχαὶ prayers proseuchē τῶν ho ἁγίων of saints. hagios

  12. λέγοντες Saying legō φωνῇ voice, phōnē μεγάλῃ with a loud megas Ἄξιόν Worthy axios ἐστιν is esti τὸ the ho ἀρνίον Lamb arnion τὸ that ho ἐσφαγμένον was slain sphazō λαβεῖν to receive lambanō τὴν ho δύναμιν power, dynamis καὶ and kai πλοῦτον riches, ploutos καὶ and kai σοφίαν wisdom, sophia καὶ and kai ἰσχὺν strength, ischys καὶ and kai τιμὴν honour, timē καὶ and kai δόξαν glory, doxa καὶ and kai εὐλογίαν blessing. eulogia

  14. καὶ And kai τὰ the ho τέσσαρα four tessares ζῷα beasts zōon ἔλεγον, said, legō Ἀμήν, Amen. amēn καὶ And kai οἱ the ho εἴκοσι twenty eikosi τέσσαρες four tessares πρεσβύτεροι elders presbyteros ἔπεσαν fell down piptō καὶ and kai προσεκύνησαν worshipped proskyneō ζῶντι him that liveth zaō εἰς for eis τοὺς ho αἰωνας ever aiōn τῶν ho αἰώνων and ever. aiōn
