சமுத்திரந்தொடங்கி மறுசமுத்திரம்வரைக்கும், நதிதொடங்கி பூமியின் எல்லைகள்வரைக்கும் அவர் அரசாளுவார்.

He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.
