  1. לַמְנַצֵּ֬חַ׀ To the chief Musician, nāṣaḥ לִבְנֵי for the sons bēn קֹ֬רַח of Korah. qōraḥ מִזְמֽוֹר׃ A Psalm mizmôr
  2. כָּֽל all kōl הָ֭עַמִּים ye people; ʿam תִּקְעוּ O clap tāqaʿ כָ֑ף your hands, kap הָרִ֥יעוּ shout rûaʿ לֵ֝אלֹהִ֗ים unto God ʾĕlōhîm בְּק֣וֹל with the voice qôl רִנָּֽה׃ of triumph. rinnâ
  3. כִּֽי For יְהוָ֣ה the Lord yĕhōwâ עֶלְי֣וֹן most high ʿelyôn נוֹרָ֑א terrible; yārēʾ מֶ֥לֶךְ King melek גָּ֝דוֹל a great gādôl עַל over ʿal כָּל all kōl הָאָֽרֶץ׃ the earth. ʾereṣ
  4. יַדְבֵּ֣ר He shall subdue dābar עַמִּ֣ים the people ʿam תַּחְתֵּ֑ינוּ under taḥat וּ֝לְאֻמִּ֗ים us, and the nations lĕʾōm תַּ֣חַת under taḥat רַגְלֵֽינוּ׃ our feet. regel
  5. יִבְחַר He shall choose bāḥar לָ֥נוּ אֶת ʾēt נַחֲלָתֵ֑נוּ our inheritance naḥălâ אֶ֥ת for us, ʾēt גְּא֨וֹן the excellency gāʾôn יַעֲקֹ֖ב of Jacob yaʿăqōb אֲשֶׁר whom ʾăšer אָהֵ֣ב he loved. ʾāhab סֶֽלָה׃ Selah. selâ
  6. עָלָ֣ה is gone up ʿālâ אֱ֭לֹהִים God ʾĕlōhîm בִּתְרוּעָ֑ה with a shout, tĕrûʿâ יְ֝הוָ֗ה the Lord yĕhōwâ בְּק֣וֹל with the sound qôl שׁוֹפָֽר׃ of a trumpet. šôpār
  7. זַמְּר֣וּ Sing praises zāmar אֱלֹהִ֣ים to God, ʾĕlōhîm זַמֵּ֑רוּ sing praises: zāmar זַמְּר֖וּ sing praises zāmar לְמַלְכֵּ֣נוּ unto our King, melek זַמֵּֽרוּ׃ sing praises. zāmar
  8. כִּ֤י For מֶ֖לֶךְ the King melek כָּל of all kōl הָאָ֥רֶץ the earth: ʾereṣ אֱלֹהִ֗ים God ʾĕlōhîm זַמְּר֥וּ sing ye praises zāmar מַשְׂכִּֽיל׃ with understanding. śākal
  9. מָלַ֣ךְ reigneth mālak אֱ֭לֹהִים God ʾĕlōhîm עַל over ʿal גּוֹיִ֑ם the heathen: gôy אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים God ʾĕlōhîm יָשַׁ֤ב׀ sitteth yāšab עַל upon ʿal כִּסֵּ֬א the throne kissēʾ קָדְשֽׁוֹ׃ of his holiness. qōdeš
