40 அதன்பின்பு கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரில் ஒருமாதம் முதல் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள முதற்பேறான ஆண்பிள்ளைகளையெல்லாம் எண்ணி, அவர்கள் நாமங்களைத் தொகையேற்றி, And the LORD said unto Moses, Number all the firstborn of the males of the children of Israel from a month old and upward, and take the number of their names.

41 இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிலுள்ள முதற்பேறான யாவுக்கும் பதிலாக லேவியரையும், இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரின் மிருகஜீவன்களிலுள்ள தலையீற்றான யாவுக்கும் பதிலாக லேவியரின் மிருகஜீவன்களையும் எனக்கென்று பிரித்தெடு; நான் கர்த்தர் என்றார். And thou shalt take the Levites for me (I am the LORD) instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel; and the cattle of the Levites instead of all the firstlings among the cattle of the children of Israel.

42 அப்பொழுது மோசே, கர்த்தர் தனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிலுள்ள முதற்பேறான யாவரையும் எண்ணினான். And Moses numbered, as the LORD commanded him, all the firstborn among the children of Israel.

43 ஒரு மாதம்முதல் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வயதுள்ள முதற்பேறான ஆண்பிள்ளைகளெல்லாரும் பேர்பேராக எண்ணப்பட்டபோது, இருபத்தீராயிரத்து இருநூற்று எழுபத்துமூன்று பேராயிருந்தார்கள். And all the firstborn males by the number of names, from a month old and upward, of those that were numbered of them, were twenty and two thousand two hundred and threescore and thirteen.

44 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

45 நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரிலுள்ள முதற்பேறான யாவருக்கும் பதிலாக லேவியரையும், அவர்களுடைய மிருகஜீவன்களுக்குப்பதிலாக லேவியரின் மிருகஜீவன்களையும் பிரித்தெடு; லேவியர் என்னுடையவர்களாயிருப்பார்கள்; நான் கர்த்தர். Take the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle; and the Levites shall be mine: I am the LORD.

46 இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய முதற்பேறுகளில் லேவியரின் தொகைக்கு அதிகமாயிருந்து, மீட்கப்படவேண்டிய இருநூற்று எழுபத்துமூன்றுபேரிடத்திலும், And for those that are to be redeemed of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the firstborn of the children of Israel, which are more than the Levites;

47 நீ தலைக்கு ஐந்து சேக்கல் வீதமாகப் பரிசுத்த சேக்கல் கணக்கின்படி வாங்குவாயாக; அந்தச் சேக்கலானது இருபது கேரா. Thou shalt even take five shekels apiece by the poll, after the shekel of the sanctuary shalt thou take them: (the shekel is twenty gerahs:)

48 லேவியருடைய தொகைக்கு அதிகமானவர்கள் மீட்கப்படும் திரவியத்தை ஆரோனுக்கும் அவன் குமாரருக்கும் கொடுப்பாயாக என்றார். And thou shalt give the money, wherewith the odd number of them is to be redeemed, unto Aaron and to his sons.

49 அப்படியே லேவியரால் மீட்கப்பட்டவர்களின் தொகைக்கு அதிகமாயிருந்து, இன்னும் மீட்கப்படவேண்டியவர்களுக்கு ஈடாக மோசே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய முதற்பேறானவர்களிடத்தில், And Moses took the redemption money of them that were over and above them that were redeemed by the Levites:

50 ஆயிரத்து முந்நூற்று அறுபத்தைந்து சேக்கலாகிய திரவியத்தை, பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்துச் சேக்கல் கணக்கின்படி வாங்கி, Of the firstborn of the children of Israel took he the money; a thousand three hundred and threescore and five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary:

40 Athanpinpu Karththar Mosesyai Nnokki: nee Israel puththiraril orumaatham muthal atharku maerpatta vayathulla mutharpaeraana aannpillaikalaiyellaam ennnni, avarkal naamangalaith thokaiyaetti, And the LORD said unto Moses, Number all the firstborn of the males of the children of Israel from a month old and upward, and take the number of their names.

41 Israel puththirarilulla mutharpaeraana yaavukkum pathilaaka laeviyaraiyum, Israel puththirarin mirukajeevankalilulla thalaiyeettaாna yaavukkum pathilaaka laeviyarin mirukajeevankalaiyum enakkentu piriththedu; naan Karththar entar. And thou shalt take the Levites for me (I am the LORD) instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel; and the cattle of the Levites instead of all the firstlings among the cattle of the children of Israel.

42 Appoluthu Moses, Karththar thanakkuk kattalaiyittapatiyae, Israel puththirarilulla mutharpaeraana yaavaraiyum ennnninaan. And Moses numbered, as the LORD commanded him, all the firstborn among the children of Israel.

43 Oru maathammuthal atharku maerpatta vayathulla mutharpaeraana aannpillaikalellaarum paerpaeraaka ennnappattapothu, irupaththeeraayiraththu irunoottaு elupaththumoontu paeraayirunthaarkal. And all the firstborn males by the number of names, from a month old and upward, of those that were numbered of them, were twenty and two thousand two hundred and threescore and thirteen.

44 Appoluthu Karththar Mosesyai Nnokki: And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

45 Nee Israel puththirarilulla mutharpaeraana yaavarukkum pathilaaka laeviyaraiyum, avarkalutaiya mirukajeevankalukkuppathilaaka laeviyarin mirukajeevankalaiyum piriththedu; laeviyar ennutaiyavarkalaayiruppaarkal; naan Karththar. Take the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle; and the Levites shall be mine: I am the LORD.

46 Israel puththirarutaiya mutharpaeraுkalil laeviyarin thokaikku athikamaayirunthu, meetkappadavaenntiya irunoottaு elupaththumoontupaeridaththilum, And for those that are to be redeemed of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the firstborn of the children of Israel, which are more than the Levites;

47 Nee thalaikku ainthu sekkal veethamaakap Parisuththa sekkal kanakkinpati vaanguvaayaaka; anthach sekkalaanathu irupathu kaeraa. Thou shalt even take five shekels apiece by the poll, after the shekel of the sanctuary shalt thou take them: (the shekel is twenty gerahs:)

48 Laeviyarutaiya thokaikku athikamaanavarkal meetkappadum thiraviyaththai aaronukkum avan kumaararukkum koduppaayaaka entar. And thou shalt give the money, wherewith the odd number of them is to be redeemed, unto Aaron and to his sons.

49 Appatiyae laeviyaraal meetkappattavarkalin thokaikku athikamaayirunthu, innum meetkappadavaenntiyavarkalukku eedaaka Moses Israel puththirarutaiya mutharpaeraanavarkalidaththil, And Moses took the redemption money of them that were over and above them that were redeemed by the Levites:

50 Aayiraththu munnoottaு araுpaththainthu sekkalaakiya thiraviyaththai, Parisuththa sthalaththuch sekkal kanakkinpati vaangi, Of the firstborn of the children of Israel took he the money; a thousand three hundred and threescore and five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary:
