ಅವಳಿಂದ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವಂತ ರಾದ ಈ ಸರಕುಗಳ ವರ್ತಕರು ಅವಳ ಯಾತನೆಗೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತು ಅಳುತ್ತಾ ಗೋಳಾ ಡುತ್ತಾ--

Judges 18:23
ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಖ ತಿರುಗಿಸಿ ವಿಾಕನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಗುಂಪನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿ ಬರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿನಗೆ ಏನಾಯಿತು ಅಂದರು.

ಅವರು ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತು ಅವಳಿಗುಂಟಾದ ಯಾತ ನೆಯ ಭಯದಿಂದ--ಅಯ್ಯೋ, ಅಯ್ಯೋ, ಆ ಮಹಾಪಟ್ಟಣವಾದ ಬಾಬೆಲೇ, ಬಲಿಷ್ಠವಾದ ನಗ ರಿಯೇ, ಒಂದೇ ಗಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ತೀರ್ಪಾಯಿತಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವರು.
