1ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2ಆರೋನನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ-- ನೀನು ದೀಪಗಳನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚುವಾಗ ದೀಪಸ್ತಂಭಕ್ಕೆದುರಾಗಿ ಆ ಏಳು ದೀಪಗಳು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸಬೇಕು.Speak unto Aaron and say unto him, When thou lightest the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light over against the candlestick.
3ಆರೋನನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಿ ದೀಪಸ್ತಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಅದರ ದೀಪಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ಹಚ್ಚಿದನು.And Aaron did so; he lighted the lamps thereof over against the candlestick, as the LORD commanded Moses.
4ದೀಪಸ್ತಂಭದ ಈ ಕೆಲಸವು ಅದರ ಸ್ತಂಭದ ವರೆಗೂ ಅದರ ಹೂವುಗಳ ವರೆಗೂ ಬಂಗಾರದ ನಕ್ಷೆಯ ಕೆಲಸವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ತೋರಿ ಸಿದ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ಅವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿದನು.And this work of the candlestick was of beaten gold, unto the shaft thereof, unto the flowers thereof, was beaten work: according unto the pattern which the LORD had showed Moses, so he made the candlestick.
5ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
6ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವರನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡು.Take the Levites from among the children of Israel, and cleanse them.
7ಅವರನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಶುದ್ಧಿಮಾಡುವ ನೀರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶರೀರವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕ್ಷೌರಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಒಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ. ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಾವೇ ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡು.And thus shalt thou do unto them, to cleanse them: Sprinkle water of purifying upon them, and let them shave all their flesh, and let them wash their clothes, and so make themselves clean.
8ಅವರು ಒಂದು ಎಳೇ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಅದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಹಾರ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ ಎಣ್ಣೇ ಬೆರೆಸಿದ ನಯ ವಾದ ಹಿಟ್ಟನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿ ಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಎಳೇ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನೂ ನೀನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೋ.Then let them take a young bullock with his meat offering, even fine flour mingled with oil, and another young bullock shalt thou take for a sin offering.
9ಆಗ ನೀನು ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಕರತಂದು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಬೇಕು.And thou shalt bring the Levites before the tabernacle of the congregation: and thou shalt gather the whole assembly of the children of Israel together:
10ನೀನು ಲೇವಿ ಯರನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರತರಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಲೇವಿಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಡಬೇಕು.And thou shalt bring the Levites before the LORD: and the children of Israel shall put their hands upon the Levites:
11ಕರ್ತನ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಆರೋನನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.And Aaron shall offer the Levites before the LORD for an offering of the children of Israel, that they may execute the service of the LORD.
12ಲೇವಿಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಆ ಹೋರಿಗಳ ತಲೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಡಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ನೀನು ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಒಂದನ್ನು ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಮತ್ತೊಂದನ್ನು ದಹನ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.And the Levites shall lay their hands upon the heads of the bullocks: and thou shalt offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, unto the LORD, to make an atonement for the Levites.
13ತರುವಾಯ ನೀನು ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನು ಆರೋನನ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.And thou shalt set the Levites before Aaron, and before his sons, and offer them for an offering unto the LORD.
14ಹೀಗೆ ನೀನು ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊ ಳಗಿಂದ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸಬೇಕು; ಲೇವಿಯರು ನನ್ನವರಾಗಿರ ಬೇಕು.Thus shalt thou separate the Levites from among the children of Israel: and the Levites shall be mine.
15ಅದರ ತರುವಾಯ ಲೇವಿಯರು ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸು ವರು, ನೀನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಿ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.And after that shall the Levites go in to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation: and thou shalt cleanse them, and offer them for an offering.
16ಅವರು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊ ಳಗಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗರ್ಭಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವಂತದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಅಂದರೆ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿ ದ್ದೇನೆ.For they are wholly given unto me from among the children of Israel; instead of such as open every womb, even instead of the firstborn of all the children of Israel, have I taken them unto me.
17ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಾ ದರೂ ಪಶುಗಳಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದದ್ದೆಲ್ಲಾ ನನ್ನದು; ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ನನಗಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡೆನು.For all the firstborn of the children of Israel are mine, both man and beast: on the day that I smote every firstborn in the land of Egypt I sanctified them for myself.
18ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾದವುಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನು ನಾನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡೆನು.And I have taken the Levites for all the firstborn of the children of Israel.
19ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸೇವೆ ಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸವಿಾಪಿಸುವಾಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಳಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಧಿಯು ಇರದಂತೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನು ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಳಗಿಂದ ಆರೋನನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರಿಗೂ ದಾನವಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.And I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to make an atonement for the children of Israel: that there be no plague among the children of Israel, when the children of Israel come nigh unto the sanctuary.
20ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಲೇವಿಯರ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದೆಲ್ಲಾದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯೂ ಆರೋನನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸಭೆಯೂ ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಿದರು.And Moses, and Aaron, and all the congregation of the children of Israel, did to the Levites according unto all that the LORD commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did the children of Israel unto them.
21ಲೇವಿಯರು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪವಿತ್ರಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಂಡರು. ಆರೋನನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದನು; ಅವರು ಶುದ್ಧರಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಆರೋನನು ಅವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡಿದನು.And the Levites were purified, and they washed their clothes; and Aaron offered them as an offering before the LORD; and Aaron made an atonement for them to cleanse them.
22ತರುವಾಯ ಲೇವಿಯರು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋನನ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಅವರ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದರು. ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಲೇವಿಯರ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದನೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.And after that went the Levites in to do their service in the tabernacle of the congregation before Aaron, and before his sons: as the LORD had commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did they unto them.
23ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
24ಲೇವಿಯರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದು ಇದಾಗಿದೆ; ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ವರುಷವೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಯವುಳ್ಳವರೂ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಸೇವೆಗಾಗಿ ಒಳಗೆ ಹೋಗುವರು.This is it that belongeth unto the Levites: from twenty and five years old and upward they shall go in to wait upon the service of the tabernacle of the congregation:
25ಆದರೆ ಐವತ್ತು ವರುಷದವ ರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟವರು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡಬಾರದು.And from the age of fifty years they shall cease waiting upon the service thereof, and shall serve no more:
26ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲಿ; ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೀನು ಲೇವಿಯ ರಿಗೆ ಕಾಪಾಡಬೇಕಾದವುಗಳ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು.But shall minister with their brethren in the tabernacle of the congregation, to keep the charge, and shall do no service. Thus shalt thou do unto the Levites touching their charge.
