ಮಿದ್ಯಾನ್ಯರ ಕೈ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಬಲವಾದದರಿಂದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮಿದ್ಯಾನ್ಯರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ತಮಗೆ ಪರ್ವತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಗುಹೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಗವಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬಲವಾದ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
