ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅರಸನಾಗಿರುವ ಆರ್ತಷಸ್ತನಾದ ನಾನು ನದಿಯ ಆಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸದವ ರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಏನಂದರೆ--

I אֲנָ֞ה ʾănāʾ uh-NA
Artaxerxes אַרְתַּחְשַׁ֤סְתְּא ʾartaḥšaštāʾ ar-tahk-shahsh-TA
the king, מַלְכָּא֙ melek meh-LEK
do make שִׂ֣ים śûm soom
a decree טְעֵ֔ם ṭĕʿēm teh-AME
to all לְכֹל֙ kōl kole
the treasurers גִּזַּֽבְרַיָּ֔א gizbār ɡeez-BAHR
which דִּ֖י dî dee
