I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;

I will say אֹמַ֤ר ʾāmar ah-MAHR
to the north, לַצָּפוֹן֙ ṣāpôn tsa-FONE
Give up; תֵּ֔נִי nātan na-TAHN
and to the south, וּלְתֵימָ֖ן têmān tay-MAHN
אַל ʾal al
Keep not back: תִּכְלָ֑אִי kālāʾ ka-LA
bring הָבִ֤יאִי bôʾ boh
my sons בָנַי֙ bēn bane
from far, מֵרָח֔וֹק rāḥôq ra-HOKE
and my daughters וּבְנוֹתַ֖י bat baht
from the ends מִקְצֵ֥ה qāṣe ka-TSEH
of the earth; הָאָֽרֶץ׃ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
