நீங்கள் சுதந்தரிக்கிறதற்கு உட்பிரவேசிக்கும் தேசமானது, தேசாதேசங்களுடைய ஜனங்களின் அசங்கியத்தினாலும், அவர்கள் அதை ஒரு முனைதொடங்கி மறுமுனைமட்டும் நிறையப்பண்ணின அவர்களுடைய அருவருப்புகளினாலும் அவர்களுடைய அசுத்தத்தினாலும், தீட்டுப்பட்டதாயிருக்கிறது.
