பின்னும், இதோ, அவனுக்கு ஒரு குமாரன் பிறந்து, அவன் தன் தகப்பன்செய்த எல்லாப் பாவங்களையும் கண்டு, தான் அவைகளின்படி செய்யாதபடிக்கு எச்சரிக்கையாயிருந்து,

“இப்பொழுது, இப்பாவி மகனுக்கு ஒரு மகன் பிறந்திருக்கலாம். ஆனால் இந்த மகன் தன் தந்தை செய்த எல்லாப் பாவங்களையும் பார்த்து அவன் தந்தையைப்போன்று வாழ மறுக்கலாம். அந்த நல்ல மகன் ஜனங்களை நியாயமாக நடத்தலாம்.

he beget הוֹלִ֣יד yālad ya-LAHD
a son, בֵּ֔ן bēn bane
that seeth וַיַּ֕רְא rāʾâ ra-AH
אֶת ʾēt ate
all כָּל kōl kole
sins חַטֹּ֥את ḥaṭṭāʾâ ha-ta-AH
his father's אָבִ֖יו ʾāb av
which אֲשֶׁ֣ר ʾăšer uh-SHER
he hath done, עָשָׂ֑ה ʿāśâ ah-SA
and considereth, וַיִּרְאֶ֕ה rāʾâ ra-AH
not וְלֹ֥א lōʾ loh
and doeth יַעֲשֶׂ֖ה ʿāśâ ah-SA
such like, כָּהֵֽן׃ hēn hane
