உன் அழகினாலே உன் கீர்த்தி புற ஜாதிகளுக்குள்ளே பிரசித்தமாயிற்று; நான் உன்மேல் வைத்த என் மகிமையினாலே அது குறைவற்றதாய் இருந்ததென்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார்.

for thy beauty:	בְּיָפְיֵ֑ךְ	yŏpî	yoh-FEE
for	כִּ֣י׀	kî	kee
perfect	כָּלִ֣יל	kālîl	ka-LEEL
it	ה֗וּא	hûʾ	hoo
through my comeliness,	בַּֽהֲדָרִי֙	hādār	ha-DAHR
