1 மோசே ஆரோன் என்பவர்களுடைய கையின்கீழ்த் தங்கள் தங்கள் சேனைகளின்படியே எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்ட இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரருடைய பிரயாணங்களின் விபரம்: These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.

2 மோசே தனக்குக் கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே அவர்கள் புறப்பட்டபிரகாரமாக அவர்களுடைய பிரயாணங்களை எழுதினான்; அவர்கள் ஒவ்வொரு இடங்களிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்பண்ணின பிரயாணங்களாவன: And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of the LORD: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.

3 முதலாம் மாதத்தின் பதினைந்தாம் தேதியிலே அவர்கள் ராமசேசை விட்டுப்புறப்பட்டார்கள்; பஸ்காவுக்கு மறுநாளிலே, எகிப்தியர் எல்லாரும் பார்க்க, இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் பெலத்தகையுடன் புறப்பட்டார்கள். And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.

4 அப்பொழுது எகிப்தியர் கர்த்தர் தங்களுக்குள்ளே சங்கரித்த தலைச்சன்பிள்ளைகளையெல்லாம் அடக்கம்பண்ணினார்கள்; அவர்கள் தேவர்களின்பேரிலும் கர்த்தர் நீதிசெலுத்தினார். For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which the LORD had smitten among them: upon their gods also the LORD executed judgments.

5 பின்பு இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் ராமசேசிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், சுக்கோத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And the children of Israel removed from Rameses, and pitched in Succoth.

6 சுக்கோத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், வனாந்தரத்தின் எல்லையிலிருக்கிற ஏத்தாமிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Succoth, and pitched in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.

7 ஏத்தாமிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், பாகால்செபோனுக்கு எதிராக இருக்கிற ஈரோத் பள்ளத்தாக்கின் முன்னடிக்குத்திரும்பி, மிக்தோலுக்கு முன்பாகப் பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Etham, and turned again unto Pihahiroth, which is before Baalzephon: and they pitched before Migdol.

8 ஈரோத்தை விட்டுப் புறப்பட்டு, சமுத்திரத்தை நடுவாகக் கடந்து வனாந்தரத்திற்குப்போய், ஏத்தாம் வனாந்தரத்திலே மூன்றுநாள் பிரயாணம்பண்ணி, மாராவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from before Pihahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and pitched in Marah.

9 மாராவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டு, ஏலிமுக்குப் போனார்கள்; ஏலிமிலே பன்னிரண்டு நீரூற்றுகளும் எழுபது பேரீச்சமரங்களும் இருந்தது, அங்கே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Marah, and came unto Elim: and in Elim were twelve fountains of water, and threescore and ten palm trees; and they pitched there.

10 ஏலிமிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டு, சிவந்த சமுத்திரத்தின் அருகே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Elim, and encamped by the Red sea.

11 சிவந்த சமுத்திரத்தை விட்டுப் புறப்பட்டுப்போய், சீன்வனாந்தரத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from the Red sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.

12 சீன்வனாந்தரத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், தொப்காவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they took their journey out of the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.

13 தொப்காவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், ஆலுூசிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.

14 ஆலுூசிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், ரெவிதீமிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள்; அங்கே ஜனங்களுக்குக் குடிக்கத் தண்ணீர் இல்லாதிருந்தது. And they removed from Alush, and encamped at Rephidim, where was no water for the people to drink.

15 ரெவிதீமிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், சீனாய் வனாந்தரத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Rephidim, and pitched in the wilderness of Sinai.

16 சீனாய் வனாந்தரத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், கிப்ரோத் அத்தாவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from the desert of Sinai, and pitched at Kibrothhattaavah.

17 கிப்ரோத் அத்தாவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், ஆஸரோத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Kibrothhattaavah, and encamped at Hazeroth.

18 ஆஸரோத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், ரித்மாவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Hazeroth, and pitched in Rithmah.

19 ரித்மாவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், ரிம்மோன்பேரேசிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Rithmah, and pitched at Rimmonparez.

20 ரிம்மோன்பேரேசிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், லிப்னாவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Rimmonparez, and pitched in Libnah.

21 லிப்னாவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், ரீசாவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Libnah, and pitched at Rissah.

22 ரீசாவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், கேலத்தாவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they journeyed from Rissah, and pitched in Kehelathah.

23 கேலத்தாவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், சாப்பேர் மலையிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they went from Kehelathah, and pitched in mount Shapher.

24 சாப்பேர் மலையிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், ஆரதாவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from mount Shapher, and encamped in Haradah.

25 ஆரதாவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், மக்கெலோத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Haradah, and pitched in Makheloth.

26 மக்கெலோத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், தாகாத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Makheloth, and encamped at Tahath.

27 தாகாத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், தாராகிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Tahath, and pitched at Tarah.

28 தாராகிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், மித்காவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Tarah, and pitched in Mithcah.

29 மித்காவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், அஸ்மோனாவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they went from Mithcah, and pitched in Hashmonah.

30 அஸ்மோனாவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், மோசெரோத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Hashmonah, and encamped at Moseroth.

31 மோசெரோத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், பெனெயாக்கானிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Moseroth, and pitched in Benejaakan.

32 பெனெயாக்கானிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், கித்காத் மலையிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Benejaakan, and encamped at Horhagidgad.

33 கித்காத் மலையிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், யோத்பாத்தாவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they went from Horhagidgad, and pitched in Jotbathah.

34 யோத்பாத்தாவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், எப்ரோனாவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Jotbathah, and encamped at Ebronah.

35 எப்ரோனாவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், எசியோன் கேபேரிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Ebronah, and encamped at Eziongaber.

36 எசியோன் கேபேரிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், காதேசாகிய சீன்வனாந்தரத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Eziongaber, and pitched in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.

37 காதேசிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், ஏதோம் தேசத்தின் எல்லையிலிருக்கிற ஓர் என்னும் மலையிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Kadesh, and pitched in mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.

38 அப்பொழுது ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோன் கர்த்தருடைய கட்டளையின்படியே ஓர் என்னும் மலையின்மேல் ஏறி, அங்கே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்ட நாற்பதாம் வருஷம் ஐந்தாம் மாதம் முதல் தேதியிலே மரணமடைந்தான். And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the LORD, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month.

39 ஆரோன் ஓர் என்னும் மலையிலே மரணமடைந்தபோது, நூற்றிருபத்துமூன்று வயதாயிருந்தான். And Aaron was an hundred and twenty and three years old when he died in mount Hor.

40 அந்நாட்களிலே கானான் தேசத்தின் தென்திசையில் குடியிருந்த கானானியனாகிய ஆராத் என்னும் ராஜா இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரர் வருகிறதைக் கேள்விப்பட்டான். And king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.

41 ஓர் என்னும் மலையை விட்டுப் புறப்பட்டுப்போய், சல்மோனாவிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from mount Hor, and pitched in Zalmonah.

42 சல்மோனாவிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், பூனோனிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Zalmonah, and pitched in Punon.

43 பூனோனிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், ஓபோத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Punon, and pitched in Oboth.

44 ஒபோத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், மோவாபின் எல்லையிலுள்ள அபாரீமின் மேடுகளிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Oboth, and pitched in Ijeabarim, in the border of Moab.

45 அந்த மேடுகளை விட்டுப் புறப்பட்டுப்போய், தீபோன்காத்திலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from Iim, and pitched in Dibongad.

46 தீபோன்காத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், அல்மோன் திப்லத்தாயிமிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Dibongad, and encamped in Almondiblathaim.

47 அல்மோன் திப்லத்தாயிமிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், நேபோவுக்கு எதிரான அபாரீம் மலைகளிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they removed from Almondiblathaim, and pitched in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.

48 அபாரீம் மலைகளிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுப்போய், எரிகோவின் அருகே யோர்தானைச்சார்ந்த மோவாபின் சமனான வெளிகளிலே பாளயமிறங்கினார்கள். And they departed from the mountains of Abarim, and pitched in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.

49 யோர்தானைச் சார்ந்த மோவாபின் சமனான வெளிகளில் அவர்கள் பெத்யெசிமோத்தைத் தொடங்கி, ஆபேல்சித்தீம்மட்டும் பாளயமிறங்கியிருந்தார்கள். And they pitched by Jordan, from Bethjesimoth even unto Abelshittim in the plains of Moab.

50 எரிகோவின் அருகே யோர்தானைச் சார்ந்த மோவாபின் சமனான வெளிகளிலே கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: And the LORD spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,

51 நீ இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: நீங்கள் யோர்தானைக் கடந்து, கானான்தேசத்தில் போய்ச் சேரும்போது, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan;

52 அத்தேசத்துக் குடிகளையெல்லாம் உங்களுக்கு முன்பாகத் துரத்திவிட்டு, அவர்களுடைய எல்லாச் சிலைகளையும் வார்ப்பிக்கப்பட்ட அவர்களுடைய எல்லா விக்கிரகங்களையும் அழித்து, அவர்கள் மேடைகளையெல்லாம் நிர்மூலமாக்கி, Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places:

53 தேசத்திலுள்ளவர்களைத் துரத்திவிட்டு, அதிலே குடியிருக்கக்கடவீர்கள்; அந்தத் தேசத்தைச் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்ளும்படி அதை உங்களுக்குக் கொடுத்தேன். And ye shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it.

54 சீட்டுப்போட்டு, தேசத்தை உங்கள் குடும்பங்களுக்குச் சுதந்தரங்களாகப் பங்கிட்டு, அதிக ஜனங்களுக்கு அதிக சுதந்தரமும், கொஞ்ச ஜனங்களுக்குக் கொஞ்சச் சுதந்தரமும் கொடுக்கக்கடவீர்கள்; அவரவர்க்குச் சீட்டு விழும் இடம் எதுவோ, அவ்விடம் அவரவர்க்கு உரியதாகும்; உங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய கோத்திரங்களின்படியே சுதந்தரம் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளக்கடவீர்கள். And ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man's inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your fathers ye shall inherit.

55 நீங்கள் தேசத்தின் குடிகளை உங்களுக்கு முன்பாகத் துரத்திவிடாமலிருப்பீர்களானால், அப்பொழுது அவர்களில் நீங்கள் மீதியாக வைக்கிறவர்கள் உங்கள் கண்களில் முள்ளுகளும் உங்கள் விலாக்களிலே கூர்களுமாயிருந்து, நீங்கள் குடியிருக்கிற தேசத்திலே உங்களை உபத்திரவப்படுத்துவார்கள். But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.

56 அன்றியும், நான் அவர்களுக்குச் செய்ய நினைத்ததை உங்களுக்குச் செய்வேன் என்று சொல் என்றார். Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them.

1 Moses aaron enpavarkalutaiya kaiyingeelth thangal thangal senaikalinpatiyae ekipthuthaesaththilirunthu purappatta Israel puththirarutaiya pirayaanangalin viparam: These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.

2 Moses thanakkuk Karththar kattalaiyittapatiyae avarkal purappattapirakaaramaaka avarkalutaiya pirayaanangalai eluthinaan; avarkal ovvoru idangalilirunthu purappattuppannnnina pirayaanangalaavana: And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of the LORD: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.

3 Muthalaam maathaththin pathinainthaam thaethiyilae avarkal raamasesai vittuppurappattarkal; paskaavukku maraுnaalilae, ekipthiyar ellaarum paarkka, Israel puththirar pelaththakaiyudan purappattarkal. And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.

4 Appoluthu ekipthiyar Karththar thangalukkullae sangariththa thalaichchanpillaikalaiyellaam adakkampannnninaarkal; avarkal thaevarkalinpaerilum Karththar neethiseluththinaar. For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which the LORD had smitten among them: upon their gods also the LORD executed judgments.

5 Pinpu Israel puththirar raamasesilirunthu purappattuppoy, sukkoththilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And the children of Israel removed from Rameses, and pitched in Succoth.

6 Sukkoththilirunthu purappattuppoy, vanaantharaththin ellaiyilirukkira aeththaamilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Succoth, and pitched in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.

7 Aeththaamilirunthu purappattuppoy, paakaalseponukku ethiraaka irukkira eeroth pallaththaakkin munnatikkuththirumpi, miktholukku munpaakap paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Etham, and turned again unto Pihahiroth, which is before Baalzephon: and they pitched before Migdol.

8 Eeroththai vittup purappattu, samuththiraththai naduvaakak kadanthu vanaantharaththirkuppoy, aeththaam vanaantharaththilae moontunaal pirayaanampannnni, maaraavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from before Pihahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and pitched in Marah.

9 Maaraavilirunthu purappattu, aelimukkup ponaarkal; aelimilae panniranndu neeroottaுkalum elupathu paereechchamarangalum irunthathu, angae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Marah, and came unto Elim: and in Elim were twelve fountains of water, and threescore and ten palm trees; and they pitched there.

10 Aelimilirunthu purappattu, sivantha samuththiraththin arukae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Elim, and encamped by the Red sea.

11 Sivantha samuththiraththai vittup purappattuppoy, seenvanaantharaththilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from the Red sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.

12 Seenvanaantharaththilirunthu purappattuppoy, thopkaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they took their journey out of the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.

13 Thopkaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, aaluூsilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.

14 Aaluூsilirunthu purappattuppoy, revitheemilae paalayamiranginaarkal; angae janangalukkuk kutikkath thannnneer illaathirunthathu. And they removed from Alush, and encamped at Rephidim, where was no water for the people to drink.

15 Revitheemilirunthu purappattuppoy, seenaay vanaantharaththilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Rephidim, and pitched in the wilderness of Sinai.

16 Seenaay vanaantharaththilirunthu purappattuppoy, kiproth aththaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from the desert of Sinai, and pitched at Kibrothhattaavah.

17 Kiproth aththaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, aasaroththilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Kibrothhattaavah, and encamped at Hazeroth.

18 Aasaroththilirunthu purappattuppoy, rithmaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Hazeroth, and pitched in Rithmah.

19 Rithmaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, rimmonpaeraesilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Rithmah, and pitched at Rimmonparez.

20 Rimmonpaeraesilirunthu purappattuppoy, lipnaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Rimmonparez, and pitched in Libnah.

21 Lipnaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, reesaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Libnah, and pitched at Rissah.

22 Reesaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, kaelaththaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they journeyed from Rissah, and pitched in Kehelathah.

23 Kaelaththaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, saappaer malaiyilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they went from Kehelathah, and pitched in mount Shapher.

24 Saappaer malaiyilirunthu purappattuppoy, aarathaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from mount Shapher, and encamped in Haradah.

25 Aarathaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, makkeloththilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Haradah, and pitched in Makheloth.

26 Makkeloththilirunthu purappattuppoy, thaakaaththilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Makheloth, and encamped at Tahath.

27 Thaakaaththilirunthu purappattuppoy, thaaraakilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Tahath, and pitched at Tarah.

28 Thaaraakilirunthu purappattuppoy, mithkaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Tarah, and pitched in Mithcah.

29 Mithkaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, asmonaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they went from Mithcah, and pitched in Hashmonah.

30 Asmonaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, moseroththilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Hashmonah, and encamped at Moseroth.

31 Moseroththilirunthu purappattuppoy, peneyaakkaanilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Moseroth, and pitched in Benejaakan.

32 Peneyaakkaanilirunthu purappattuppoy, kithkaath malaiyilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Benejaakan, and encamped at Horhagidgad.

33 Kithkaath malaiyilirunthu purappattuppoy, yothpaaththaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they went from Horhagidgad, and pitched in Jotbathah.

34 Yothpaaththaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, epronaavilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Jotbathah, and encamped at Ebronah.

35 Epronaavilirunthu purappattuppoy, esiyon kaepaerilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from Ebronah, and encamped at Eziongaber.

36 Esiyon kaepaerilirunthu purappattuppoy, kaathaesaakiya seenvanaantharaththilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Eziongaber, and pitched in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.

37 Kaathaesilirunthu purappattuppoy, aethom thaesaththin ellaiyilirukkira or ennum malaiyilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they removed from Kadesh, and pitched in mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.

38 Appoluthu aasaariyanaakiya aaron karththarutaiya kattalaiyinpatiyae or ennum malaiyinmael aeri, angae Israel puththirar ekipthuthaesaththilirunthu purappatta naarpathaam varusham ainthaam maatham muthal thaethiyilae maranamatainthaan. And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the LORD, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month.

39 Aaron or ennum malaiyilae maranamatainthapothu, noottirupaththumoontu vayathaayirunthaan. And Aaron was an hundred and twenty and three years old when he died in mount Hor.

48 Apaareem malaikalilirunthu purappattuppoy, erikovin arukae yorthaanaichchaாrntha movaapin samanaana velikalilae paalayamiranginaarkal. And they departed from the mountains of Abarim, and pitched in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.

49 Yorthaanaich saarntha movaapin samanaana velikalil avarkal pethyesimoththaith thodangi, aapaelsiththeemmattum paalayamirangiyirunthaarkal. And they pitched by Jordan, from Bethjesimoth even unto Abelshittim in the plains of Moab.

53 Thaesaththilullavarkalaith thuraththivittu, athilae kutiyirukkakkadaveerkal; anthath thaesaththaich suthanthariththukkollumpati athai ungalukkuk koduththaen. And ye shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it.

54 Seettuppottu, thaesaththai ungal kudumpangalukkuch suthantharangalaakap pangittu, athika janangalukku athika suthantharamum, konja janangalukkuk konjach suthantharamum kodukkakkadaveerkal; avaravarkkuch seettu vilum idam ethuvo, avvidam avaravarkku uriyathaakum; ungal pithaakkalutaiya koththirangalinpatiyae suthantharam pettaுkkollakkadaveerkal. And ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man's inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your fathers ye shall inherit.

But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.
