Job 26 in Tamil

1 யோபு மறுமொழியாக: But Job answered and said,

2 திடனில்லாதவனுக்கு நீ எப்படி ஒத்தாசைபண்ணினாய்? பெலனற்ற கையை நீ எப்படி ஆதரித்தாய்? How hast thou helped him that is without power? how savest thou the arm that hath no strength?

3 நீ ஞானமில்லாதவனுக்கு எப்படி உசாவுதுணையாயிருந்து, மெய்ப்பொருளைக் குறைவற அறிவித்தாய்? How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is?

4 யாருக்கு அறிவைப் போதித்தாய்? உன்னிடத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்ட ஆவி யாருடையது? To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee?

5 ஜலத்தின் கீழ் மடிந்தவர்களுக்கும், அவர்களோடே தங்குகிறவர்களுக்கும் தத்தளிப்பு உண்டு. Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof.

6 அவருக்கு முன்பாகப் பாதாளம் வெளியாய்த் திறந்திருக்கிறது; நரகம் மூடப்படாதிருக்கிறது. Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.

7 அவர் உத்தரமண்டலத்தை வெட்டவெளியிலே விரித்து, பூமியை அந்தரத்திலே தொங்கவைக்கிறார். He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.

8 அவர் தண்ணீர்களைத் தம்முடைய கார்மேகங்களில் கட்டிவைக்கிறார்; அதின் பாரத்தினால் மேகம் கிழிகிறதில்லை. He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.

9 அவர் தமது சிங்காசனம் நிற்கும் ஆகாசத்தை ஸ்திரப்படுத்தி, அதின்மேல் தமது மேகத்தை விரிக்கிறார். He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.

10 அவர் தண்ணீர்கள்மேல் சக்கரவட்டம் தீர்த்தார்; வெளிச்சமும் இருளும் முடியுமட்டும் அப்படியே இருக்கும். He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.

11 அவருடைய கண்டிதத்தால் வானத்தின் தூண்கள் அதிர்ந்து தத்தளிக்கும். The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.

12 அவர் தமது வல்லமையினால் சமுத்திரக் கொந்தளிப்பை அமரப்பண்ணி, தமது ஞானத்தினால் அதின் மூர்க்கத்தை அடக்குகிறார். He divideth the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud.

13 தமது ஆவியினால் வானத்தை அலங்கரித்தார்; அவருடைய கரம் நெளிவான சர்ப்ப நட்சத்திரத்தை உருவாக்கிற்று. By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.

14 இதோ, இவைகள் அவருடைய கிரியையில் கடைகோடியானவைகள், அவரைக்குறித்து நாங்கள் கேட்டது எவ்வளவு கொஞ்சம்; அவருடைய வல்லமையின் இடிமுழக்கத்தை அறிந்தவன் யார் என்றான். Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?

1 Yopu maraுmoliyaaka: But Job answered and said,

2 Thidanillaathavanukku nee eppati oththaasaipannnninaay? Pelanatta kaiyai nee eppati aathariththaay? How hast thou helped him that is without power? how savest thou the arm that hath no strength?

3 Nee njaanamillaathavanukku eppati usaavuthunnaiyaayirunthu, meypporulaik kuraivara ariviththaay? How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is?

4 Yaarukku arivaip pothiththaay? Unnidaththilirunthu purappatta aavi yaarutaiyathu? To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee?

5 Jalaththin geel matinthavarkalukkum, avarkalotae thangukiravarkalukkum thaththalippu unndu. Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof.

6 Avarukku munpaakap paathaalam veliyaayth thiranthirukkirathu; narakam moodappadaathirukkirathu. Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.

7 Avar uththaramanndalaththai vettaveliyilae viriththu, poomiyai antharaththilae thongavaikkiraar. He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.

8 Avar thannnneerkalaith thammutaiya kaarmaekangalil kattivaikkiraar; athin paaraththinaal maekam kilikirathillai. He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.

9 Avar thamathu singaasanam nirkum aakaasaththai sthirappaduththi, athinmael thamathu maekaththai virikkiraar. He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.

10 Avar thannnneerkalmael sakkaravattam theerththaar; velichchamum irulum mutiyumattum appatiyae irukkum. He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.

11 Avarutaiya kanntithaththaal vaanaththin thoonnkal athirnthu thaththalikkum. The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.

12 Avar thamathu vallamaiyinaal samuththirak konthalippai amarappannnni, thamathu njaanaththinaal athin moorkkaththai adakkukiraar. He divideth the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud.

13 Thamathu aaviyinaal vaanaththai alangariththaar; avarutaiya karam nelivaana sarppa natchaththiraththai uruvaakkittaு. By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.

14 Itho, ivaikal avarutaiya kiriyaiyil kataikotiyaanavaikal, avaraikkuriththu naangal kaettathu evvalavu konjam; avarutaiya vallamaiyin itimulakkaththai arinthavan yaar entan. Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?
