1 ஆரோன் புத்திரரின் வகுப்புகளாவன: ஆரோனின் குமாரர், நாதாப், அபியூ, எலெயாசார், இத்தாமார் என்பவர்கள். Now these are the divisions of the sons of Aaron. The sons of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

2 நாதாபும் அபியூவும் குமாரர் இல்லாமல் தங்கள் தகப்பனுக்கு முன்னே மரித்தபடியினால், எலெயாசாரும் இத்தாமாரும் ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்தார்கள். But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the priest's office.

3 தாவீது சாதோக்கைக்கொண்டு எலெயாசாரின் புத்திரரையும், அகிமெலேக்கைக்கொண்டு இத்தாமாரின் புத்திரரையும் அவர்கள் செய்யவேண்டிய ஊழியத்துக்கு முறைப்படி அவர்களை வகுத்தான். And David distributed them, both Zadok of the sons of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sons of Ithamar, according to their offices in their service.

And there were more chief men found of the sons of Eleazar than of the sons of Ithamar, and thus were they divided. Among the sons of Eleazar there were sixteen chief men of the house of their fathers, and eight among the sons of Ithamar according to the house of their fathers.

5 எலெயாசாரின் புத்திரரிலும் இத்தாமாரின் புத்திரரிலும், பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்துக்கும், தேவனுக்கு அடுத்த காரியங்களில் பிரபுக்களாயிருக்கும்படிக்கும், இவர்களுக்கும் அவர்களுக்கும் வித்தியாசம்பண்ணாமல் சீட்டுப்போட்டு அவர்களை வகுத்தார்கள். Thus were they divided by lot, one sort with another; for the governors of the sanctuary, and governors of the house of God, were of the sons of Eleazar, and of the sons of Ithamar.

6 லேவியரில் சம்பிரதியாகிய செமாயா என்னும் நெதனெயேலின் குமாரன், ராஜாவுக்கும் பிரபுக்களுக்கும் ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்குக்கும் அபியத்தாரின் குமாரனாகிய அகிமெலேக்குக்கும் ஆசாரியரும் லேவியருமான பிதாக்களின் தலைவருக்கும் முன்பாக அவர்கள் நாமங்களை எழுதினான்; ஒரு பிதாவின் வீட்டுச் சீட்டு எலெயாசாருக்கு விழுந்தது; பின்பு அந்தப்படியே இத்தாமாருக்கும் விழுந்தது. And Shemaiah the son of Nethaneel the scribe, one of the Levites, wrote them before the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, and before the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites: one principal household being taken for Eleazar, and one taken for Ithamar.

7 முதலாவது சீட்டு யோயாரிபின் பேர்வழிக்கும், இரண்டாவது யெதாயாவின் பேர்வழிக்கும், Now the first lot came forth to Jehoiarib, the second to Jedaiah,

8 மூன்றாவது ஆரிமின் பேர்வழிக்கும், நான்காவது செயோரீமின் பேர்வழிக்கும், The third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,

9 ஐந்தாவது மல்கியாவின் பேர்வழிக்கும், ஆறாவது மியாமீனின் பேர்வழிக்கும், The fifth to Malchijah, the sixth to Mijamin,

10 ஏழாவது அக்கோத்சின் பேர்வழிக்கும், எட்டாவது அபியாவின் பேர்வழிக்கும், The seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah,

11 ஒன்பதாவது யெசுவாவின் பேர்வழிக்கும், பத்தாவது செக்கனியாவின் பேர்வழிக்கும், The ninth to Jeshuah, the tenth to Shecaniah,

12 பதினோராவது எலியாசீபின் பேர்வழிக்கும், பன்னிரண்டாவது யாக்கீமின்பேர்வழிக்கும், The eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,

13 பதின்மூன்றாவது உப்பாவின் பேர்வழிக்கும், பதினான்காவது எசெபெயாபின் பேர்வழிக்கும், The thirteenth to Huppah, the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,

14 பதினைந்தாவது பில்காவின் பேர்வழிக்கும், பதினாறாவது இம்மேரின் பேர்வழிக்கும், The fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,

15 பதினேழாவது ஏசீரின் பேர்வழிக்கும், பதினெட்டாவது அப்சேசின் பேர்வழிக்கும், The seventeenth to Hezir, the eighteenth to Aphses,

16 பத்தொன்பதாவது பெத்தகியாவின் பேர்வழிக்கும், இருபதாவது எகெசெக்கியேலின் பேர்வழிக்கும், The nineteenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Jehezekel,

17 இருபத்தோராவது யாகினின் பேர்வழிக்கும், இருபத்திரண்டாவது காமுவேலின் பேர்வழிக்கும், The one and twentieth to Jachin, the two and twentieth to Gamul,

18 இருபத்துமூன்றாவது தெலாயாவின் பேர்வழிக்கும், இருபத்துநான்காவது மாசியாவின் பேர்வழிக்கும் விழுந்தது. The three and twentieth to Delaiah, the four and twentieth to Maaziah.

19 இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் அவர்கள் தகப்பனாகிய ஆரோனுக்குக் கற்பித்தபடியே, அவர்கள் அவனுடைய கட்டளையின் பிரகாரம், தங்கள் முறைவரிகளில் கர்த்தருடைய ஆலயத்திற்குள் பிரவேசிக்கும் அவர்களுடைய ஊழியத்திற்காகப் பண்ணப்பட்ட வகுப்புகள் இவைகளே. These were the orderings of them in their service to come into the house of the LORD, according to their manner, under Aaron their father, as the LORD God of Israel had commanded him.

21 ரெகபியாவின் குமாரரில் மூத்தவனாகிய இஷியாவும், Concerning Rehabiah: of the sons of Rehabiah, the first was Isshiah.

22 இத்சாரியரில் செலெமோத்தும், செலெமோத்தின் குமாரரில் யாகாத்தும், Of the Izharites; Shelomoth: of the sons of Shelomoth; Jahath.

23 எப்ரோனின் குமாரரில் மூத்தவனாகிய எரியாவும், இரண்டாம் குமாரனாகிய அமரியாவும், மூன்றாம் குமாரனாகிய யாகாசியேலும், நான்காம் குமாரனாகிய எக்காமியாமும், And the sons of Hebron; Jeriah the first, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, Jekameam the fourth.

24 ஊசியேலின் குமாரரில் மீகாவும், மீகாவின் குமாரரில் சாமீரும், Of the sons of Uzziel; Michah: of the sons of Michah; Shamir.

25 மீகாவின் சகோதரனாகிய இஷியாவும், இஷியாவின குமாரரில் சகரியாவும், The brother of Michah was Isshiah: of the sons of Isshiah; Zechariah.

26 மெராரியின் குமாரராகிய மகேலிமூசி என்பவர்களும், யாசியாவின் குமாரனாகிய பேனோவும், The sons of Merari were Mahli and Mushi: the sons of Jaaziah; Beno.

27 மெராரியின் குமாரனாகிய யாசியாவின் குமாரரான பேனோ, ரோகாம், சக்கூர், இப்ரி என்பவர்களும், The sons of Merari by Jaaziah; Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur, and Ibri.

28 மகேலியின் குமாரரில் புத்திரனில்லாத எலெயாசாரும், Of Mahli came Eleazar, who had no sons.

29 கீசின் புத்திரரில் யெராமியேலும், Concerning Kish: the son of Kish was Jerahmeel.

30 மூசியின் குமாரரான மகேலி, ஏதேர் எரிமோத் என்பவர்களுமாகிய இவர்கள் தங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய குடும்பங்களின்படியே லேவியரின் புத்திரரானவர்கள். The sons also of Mushi; Mahli, and Eder, and Jerimoth. These were the sons of the Levites after the house of their fathers.

31 இவர்களும் ராஜாவாகிய தாவீதுக்கும் சாதோக்குக்கும் அகிமெலேக்குக்கும் ஆசாரியரிலும் லேவியரிலும் பிதாக்களாயிருக்கிற தலைவருக்கும் முன்பாக, தங்கள் சகோதரராகிய ஆரோனின் புத்திரர் செய்ததுபோல, தங்களிலிருக்கிற பிதாக்களான தலைவருக்கும், அவர்களுடைய சிறிய சகோதரருக்கும், சரிசமானமாய்ச் சீட்டுப்போட்டுக்கொண்டார்கள். These likewise cast lots over against their brethren the sons of Aaron in the presence of David the king, and Zadok, and Ahimelech, and the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites, even the principal fathers over against their younger brethren.

1 Aaron puththirarin vakuppukalaavana: aaronin kumaarar, naathaap, apiyoo, eleyaasaar, iththaamaar enpavarkal. Now these are the divisions of the sons of Aaron. The sons of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

2 Naathaapum apiyoovum kumaarar illaamal thangal thakappanukku munnae mariththapatiyinaal, eleyaasaarum iththaamaarum aasaariya ooliyam seythaarkal. But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the priest's office.

3 David saathokkaikkonndu eleyaasaarin puththiraraiyum, akimelaekkaikkonndu iththaamaarin puththiraraiyum avarkal seyyavaenntiya ooliyaththukku muraippati avarkalai vakuththaan. And David distributed them, both Zadok of the sons of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sons of Ithamar, according to their offices in their service.

4 Avarkalai vakukkirapothu, iththaamaarin puththiraraippaarkkilum eleyaasaarin puththirarukkullae thalaimaiyaanavarkal athikamaanapaer kaanappattapatiyinaal, eleyaasaarin puththiraril pathinaaraுpaer thangal pithaakkalutaiya kudumpaththukkum, iththaamaarin puththiraril ettuppaer thangal pithaakkalutaiya kudumpaththukkum thalaimaiyaaka vaikkappattarkal. And there were more chief men found of the sons of Eleazar than of the sons of Ithamar, and thus were they divided. Among the sons of Eleazar there were sixteen chief men of the house of their fathers, and eight among the sons of Ithamar according to the house of their fathers.

5 Eleyaasaarin puththirarilum iththaamaarin puththirarilum, Parisuththa sthalaththukkum, thaevanukku aduththa kaariyangalil pirapukkalaayirukkumpatikkum, ivarkalukkum avarkalukkum viththiyaasampannnnaamal seettuppottu avarkalai vakuththaarkal. Thus were they divided by lot, one sort with another; for the governors of the sanctuary, and governors of the house of God, were of the sons of Eleazar, and of the sons of Ithamar.

6 Laeviyaril sampirathiyaakiya semaayaa ennum nethaneyaelin kumaaran, raajaavukkum pirapukkalukkum aasaariyanaakiya saathokkukkum apiyaththaarin kumaaranaakiya akimelaekkukkum aasaariyarum laeviyarumaana pithaakkalin thalaivarukkum munpaaka avarkal naamangalai eluthinaan; oru pithaavin veettuch seettu eleyaasaarukku vilunthathu; pinpu anthappatiyae iththaamaarukkum vilunthathu. And Shemaiah the son of Nethaneel the scribe, one of the Levites, wrote them before the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, and before the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites: one principal household being taken for Eleazar, and one taken for Ithamar.

12 Pathinoraavathu eliyaaseepin paervalikkum, panniranndaavathu yaakgeeminpaervalikkum, The eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,

13 Pathinmoontavathu uppaavin paervalikkum, pathinaankaavathu esepeyaapin paervalikkum, The thirteenth to Huppah, the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,

14 Pathinainthaavathu pilkaavin paervalikkum, pathinaaraavathu immaerin paervalikkum, The fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,

19 Isravaelin thaevanaakiya Karththar avarkal thakappanaakiya aaronukkuk karpiththapatiyae, avarkal avanutaiya kattalaiyin pirakaaram, thangal muraivarikalil karththarutaiya aalayaththirkul piravaesikkum avarkalutaiya ooliyaththirkaakap pannnappatta vakuppukal ivaikalae. These were the orderings of them in their service to come into the house of the LORD, according to their manner, under Aaron their father, as the LORD God of Israel had commanded him.

20 Laeviyin mattap puththirarukkullae irukkira amraamin puththiraril soopavaelum, soopavaelin kumaararil ekaethiyaavum, And the rest of the sons of Levi were these: Of the sons of Amram; Shubael: of the sons of Shubael; Jehdeiah.

21 Rekapiyaavin kumaararil mooththavanaakiya ishiyaavum, Concerning Rehabiah: of the sons of Rehabiah, the first was Isshiah.

22 Ithsaariyaril selemoththum, selemoththin kumaararil yaakaaththum, Of the Izharites; Shelomoth: of the sons of Shelomoth; Jahath.

23 Epronin kumaararil mooththavanaakiya eriyaavum, iranndaam kumaaranaakiya amariyaavum, moontam kumaaranaakiya yaakaasiyaelum, naankaam kumaaranaakiya ekkaamiyaamum, And the sons of Hebron; Jeriah the first, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, Jekameam the fourth.

24 Oosiyaelin kumaararil meekaavum, meekaavin kumaararil saameerum, Of the sons of Uzziel; Michah: of the sons of Michah; Shamir.

25 Meekaavin sakotharanaakiya ishiyaavum, ishiyaavina kumaararil sakariyaavum, The brother of Michah was Isshiah: of the sons of Isshiah; Zechariah.

26 Meraariyin kumaararaakiya makaelimoosi enpavarkalum, yaasiyaavin kumaaranaakiya paenovum, The sons of Merari were Mahli and Mushi: the sons of Jaaziah; Beno.

27 Meraariyin kumaaranaakiya yaasiyaavin kumaararaana paeno, rokaam, sakkoor, ipri enpavarkalum, The sons of Merari by Jaaziah; Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur, and Ibri.

28 Makaeliyin kumaararil puththiranillaatha eleyaasaarum, Of Mahli came Eleazar, who had no sons.

29 Geesin puththiraril yeraamiyaelum, Concerning Kish: the son of Kish was Jerahmeel.

30 Moosiyin kumaararaana makaeli, aethaer erimoth enpavarkalumaakiya ivarkal thangal pithaakkalutaiya kudumpangalinpatiyae laeviyarin puththiraraanavarkal. The sons also of Mushi; Mahli, and Eder, and Jerimoth. These were the sons of the Levites after the house of their fathers.

31 Ivarkalum raajaavaakiya Davidkkum saathokkukkum akimelaekkukkum aasaariyarilum laeviyarilum pithaakkalaayirukkira thalaivarukkum munpaaka, thangal sakothararaakiya aaronin puththirar seythathupola, thangalilirukkira pithaakkalaana thalaivarukkum, avarkalutaiya siriya sakothararukkum, sarisamaanamaaych seettuppottukkonndaarkal. These likewise cast lots over against their brethren the sons of Aaron in the presence of David the king, and Zadok, and Ahimelech, and the chief of the fathers of the priests and Levites, even the principal fathers over against their younger brethren.
