সে এর উত্তরে বলল, ‘যীশু নামের লোকটি মণ্ড তৈরী করে, আমার চোখে তা লাগিয়ে দিলেন, আর বললেন, ‘শীলোহ সরোবরে যাও ও তোমার চোখ ধুয়ে ফেল৷’ তখন আমি গেলাম ও ধুয়ে ফেললাম আর তখনই দৃষ্টিশক্তি লাভ করলাম৷”
