தாவீது தன் ஊழியக்காரர் இரகசியமாய்ப் பேசிக்கொள்ளுகிறதைக்கண்டு, பிள்ளை செத்துப்போயிற்று என்று அறிந்து, தன் ஊழியக்காரரை நோக்கி: பிள்ளை செத்துப்போயிற்றோ என்று கேட்டான்; செத்துப்போயிற்று என்றார்கள்.

ஆனால் தாவீது, அவனது பணியாட்கள் மெதுவான குரலில் பேசிக்கொள்வதைப் பார்த்தான். குழந்தை மரித்துப்போனதைப் புரிந்துக்கொண்டான். எனவே தாவீது பணியாட்களை நோக்கி, “குழந்தை மரித்துவிட்டதா?” என்று கேட்டான். பணியாட்கள், “ஆம், அவன் மரித்துப்போனான்” என்றனர்.
