And after all this the LORD smote him in his bowels with an incurable disease.

And after	וְאַֽחֲרֵ֖י	ʾaḥar	ah-HAHR
all	כָּל	kōl	kole
this	זֹ֑את	zōt	zote
smote	נְגָפ֨וֹ	nāgap	na-ɡAHF
the Lord	יְהוָ֧ה׀	yĕhōwâ	yeh-hoh-VA
him in his bowels	בְּמֵעָ֛יו	mēʿe	may-EH
disease.	לָֽחֳלִ֖י	ḥŏlî	hoh-LEE
with an incurable	לְאֵ֥ין	ʾayin	ah-YEEN
	מַרְפֵּֽא׃	marpēʾ	mahr-PAY
