And Saul שָׁא֡וּל šāʾûl sha-OOL
Because כִּֽי kî kee
I saw רָאִיתִי֩ rāʾâ ra-AH
that כִֽי kî kee
were scattered נָפַ֨ץ nāpaṣ na-FAHTS
the people הָעָ֜ם ʿam am
from מֵֽעָלַ֗י ʿal al
me, and thou וְאַתָּה֙ ʾattâ ah-TA
not לֹֽא lōʾ loh
camest בָ֙אתָ֙ bôʾ boh
appointed, לְמוֹעֵ֣ד môʿēd moh-ADE
within the days הַיָּמִ֔ים yôm yome
and the Philistines וּפְלִשְׁתִּ֖ים pĕlištî peh-leesh-TEE
