பின்பு அதிலிருந்த ஜனங்களை அவன் வெளியே கொண்டுபோய், அவர்களை வாள்களுக்கும், இருப்புப்பாரைகளுக்கும், கோடரிகளுக்கும் உட்படுத்தி; இப்படி அம்மோன் புத்திரரின் பட்டணங்களுக்கெல்லாம் தாவீது செய்து, எல்லா ஜனத்தோடுங்கூட எருசலேமுக்குத் திரும்பினான்.

and with harrows וּבַֽחֲרִיצֵ֤י ḥārîṣ ha-REETS
of iron, הַבַּרְזֶל֙ barzel bahr-ZEL
and with axes. וּבַמְּגֵר֔וֹת mĕgērâ meh-ɡay-RA
Even so וְכֵן֙ kēn kane
dealt יַֽעֲשֶׂ֣ה ʿāśâ ah-SA
David דָוִ֔יד dāwid da-VEED
with all לְכֹ֖ל kōl kole
the cities עָרֵ֣י ʿîr eer
of the children בְנֵֽי bēn bane
