ਜਿਹੜੇ ਲੋਕ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦ੍ਰੋਹ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਦੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਦੇ ਹਨ।
