ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਦਿਮਾਗ਼ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਈਰਖਾ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
