ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਸੂਬੇਦਾਰ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਸਭ ਵੇਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਜਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਯਿਸੂ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਮਰਿਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਹਿਣ ਲੱਗਾ, “ਇਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸਚਮੁੱਚ ਹੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੀ।”
