ਮੈਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਿਆਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਸ਼ਾਫ਼ਾਟ ਦੀ ਵਾਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਾਰ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ। ਉੱਥੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਰੂ-ਖੇਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਭਾਵ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਖੈਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਜੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ’ਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੰਡ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੰਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
