ਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਜੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਗਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਬੁਰਾ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਰ ਜੇ ਦੋ ਜਾਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਗਵਾਹ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੱਚ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
