“‘ਹਾਕਮ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਾਲਮ ਅਤੇ ਘਿਰਣਾਯੋਗ ਆਦਮੀ ਆਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਰਾਜ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਮਾਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਚਲਾਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਹਾਕਮ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਰਾਜ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਦੋਂ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
