ਸੀਬਾ ਨੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਦਾਸ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਹੀ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਜੋ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਾ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਹਾਂ।” ਇਉਂ ਮਫ਼ੀਬੋਸ਼ਥ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੀ ਮੇਜ਼ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਭੋਜਨ ਛਕਦਾ ਸੀ।
