அவர்கள் ஆகாயத்தில் ஏறி, ஆழங்களில் இறங்குகிறார்கள், அவர்கள் ஆத்துமா கிலேசத்தினால் கரைந்துபோகிறது.

அவர்கள் ஆகாயத்தில் ஏறி, ஆழங்களில் இறங்குகிறார்கள், அவர்கள் ஆத்துமா கிலேசத்தினால் கரைந்துபோகிறது.

They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the depths: their soul is melted because of trouble.

They mount up יַעֲל֣וּ ʿālâ ah-LA
to the heaven, שָׁ֭מַיִם šāmayim sha-ma-YEEM
they go down יֵרְד֣וּ yārad ya-RAHD
again to the depths: תְהוֹמ֑וֹת tĕhôm teh-HOME
their soul נַ֝פְשָׁ֗ם nepeš neh-FESH
because of trouble. בְּרָעָ֥ה raʿ ra
