ଚତୁର ଲୋକମାନେ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ, କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଯେପରି ଭାବରେ ରହନ୍ତି, ସପରେି ଚିନ୍ତା କରନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ମୂର୍ଖମାନଙ୍କର ନିର୍ବୋଧତା ଏହି ଯେ, ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଠକି କିପରି ବଞ୍ଚିବେ ସହେି କଥା ଭାବନ୍ତି।
