ନିଷ୍ଠାପର ଲୋକମାନେ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରନ୍ତି ଯେତବେେଳେ ଗୋଟିଏ ନଗର ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ହୁଏ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର କଥାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଏହାର ବିନାଶ ଆଣେ।
