ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ଓ ସିୟୋନ ପର୍ବତ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ସମାପ୍ତ କଲାପ ରେ ଅଶୂରକୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବେେ। କାରଣ ଅଶୂରର ରାଜା ଅତି ଅହଙ୍କାରୀ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଗର୍ବ ତାଙ୍କୁ କୁକର୍ମ କରାଇଛି। ତେଣୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବେେ।
