ଶ ଲୋମନ ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣର ମଧ୍ଯଭାଗ ରେ ବଦେୀକୁ ଧାର୍ମିକ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ସମର୍ପଣ କଲେ। ଏହି ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରର ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ଥିଲା। ସଠାେରେ ଶଲୋମନ ହାମବେଳି ଓ ସହଭାଗିତାର ନବୈେଦ୍ଯର ଚର୍ବି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କଲେ। ଶଲୋମନ ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣର ମଧ୍ଯଭାଗକୁ ବ୍ଯବହାର କଲେ, କାରଣ ସେ ଯେଉଁ ପିତ୍ତଳ ନିର୍ମିତ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଥିଲେ, ତାହା ହାମବେଳି, ଶସ୍ଯ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଓ ଚର୍ବିକୁ ଏକା ବେଳେ ଧାରଣ କରିପାରୁ ନ ଥିଲା।
