Lamentations 3 - BBE (Nepali)

1 I am the man who has seen trouble by the rod of his wrath.म एक मानिस छु जसले पीडाको अनुभव गरेको छ। परमप्रभुले हामीलाई एउटा लाठ्ठीले कुट्नु भयो। अनि जे भयो मैले त्यो देखें।

2 By him I have been made to go in the dark where there is no light.परमप्रभुले मलाई डोर्याउनु भयो र ज्योति नभएको कालो अँध्यारोमा ल्‌याउनु भयो।

3 Truly against me his hand has been turned again and again all the day.परमप्रभुको हात मेरो विरूद्ध उठ्यो, उहाँले दिन भरि घरी-घरी यस्तो गर्नु भयो।

4 My flesh and my skin have been used up by him and my bones broken.उहाँले मेरो मासु र छाला तान्नु भयो। उहाँले मेरा हड्डीहरू भाँचि दिनुभो।

5 He has put up a wall against me, shutting me in with bitter sorrow.परमप्रभुले मलाई घेर्नु भयो अनि सबै तिरबाट आक्रमण गर्नु भयो। उहाँले मेरो वरीपरी समस्या र तिक्तता ल्याउनु भयो।

6 He has kept me in dark places, like those who have been long dead.धेरै समय देखि मृत रहेको मानिस झैं उहाँले मलाई अँध्यारोमा बस्न बाध्या पार्नुभयो।

7 He has put a wall round me, so that I am not able to go out; he has made great the weight of my chain.परमप्रभुले मलाई बन्द गरेर राख्नु भयो, म उम्कनँ सकिनँ। उहाँले मलाई गह्रुँङ्गो साङ्गलाले बाँध्नुभएको थियो।

8 Even when I send up a cry for help, he keeps my prayer shut out.मैले विलाप गर्दै गुहार मागें तर परमप्रभुले मेरो प्रार्थना सुन्नु नै भएन।

9 He has put up a wall of cut stones about my ways, he has made my roads twisted.उहाँले मेरो बाटो ढुङ्गाको पर्खाल बनाएर छेकिदिनु भयो। उहाँले मेरो मार्ग ध्वंश गर्नु भयो।

10 He is like a bear waiting for me, like a lion in secret places.परमप्रभुले एउटा भालू सरह मलाई आक्रमण गर्न तयार हुनुहुन्थ्यो। उहाँ एक लुकि बस्ने सिंह जस्तै हुनुहुन्थ्यो।

11 By him my ways have been turned on one side and I have been pulled in bits; he has made me waste.परमप्रभुले मेरो बाटो नै ढाकि दिनु भयो। उहाँले मलाई टुक्रा-टुक्रा पार्नु भयो। उहाँले मलाई उजाड ठाउँ जस्तो बनाउनु भयो।

12 With his bow bent, he has made me the mark for his arrows.उहाँले आफ्नो धनु तयार पार्नु भयो। उहाँले आफ्नो काँडले मलाई ताँदो बनाउनुभयो।

13 He has let loose his arrows into the inmost parts of my body.उहाँले मलाई भुँडीमा हिर्काउनु भयो। उहाँले मलाई काँडले हिर्काउनु भयो।

14 I have become the sport of all the peoples; I am their song all the day.म सारा मानिसहरूको समक्ष हाँसोको पात्र बनेको छु। सारा दिन तिनीहरूले मेरो खिल्ली उडाउँदै गीतहरू गाइरहे।

15 He has made my life nothing but pain, he has given me the bitter root in full measure.परमप्रभुले मलाई दण्ड-स्वरूप विष पिउन दिनुभयो। उहाँले कपको वीटसम्म भर्नु भयो र तितो चिराईतो मिलाएर त्यो सबै पिउन लगाउनुभयो।

16 By him my teeth have been broken with crushed stones, and I am bent low in the dust.परमप्रभुले मेरो दाँतहरू ढुङ्गामा ठेलेर भाँचिदिनु भयो उहाँले मलाई दलदलमा धकेली दिनुभयो।

17 My soul is sent far away from peace, I have no more memory of good.मैले सोचें अब फेरि मैले कहिल्यै शान्ति पाउने छैन्। मसंग भएका सबै राम्रा कुराहरू मैले भूलें।

18 And I said, My strength is cut off, and my hope from the Lord.मैले आफैलाई भनें, “परमप्रभुबाट सहयोग पाउँने आशा अब म गर्दिन्।”

19 Keep in mind my trouble and my wandering, the bitter root and the poison.परमप्रभु मलाई सम्झनु होस् म अति उदास छु। अनि मेरो घर छैन। त्यो तीतो विष सम्झनु होस् जुन तपाईंले मलाई दिनु भएको थियो।

20 My soul still keeps the memory of them; and is bent down in me.म राम्रो प्रकारले मेरा कष्टहरू सम्झन्छु र अति उदास छु।

21 This I keep in mind, and because of this I have hope.तर त्यसपछि अन्य केही कुरा सोचें,। तब ममा आशा जाग्यो। मैले के सोचें भन्दा

22 It is through the Lord's love that we have not come to destruction, because his mercies have no limit.परमप्रभुको महान प्रेम र कृपा-दृष्टि कहिल्यै समाप्त हुँदैन। उहाँको संवेदना कहिल्यै समाप्त हुँदैन।

23 They are new every morning; great is your good faith.हरेक बिहान उहाँले यसलाई नयाँ रूपमा देखाउनु हुन्छ। परमप्रभु, तपाईं अत्यन्त सत्य र विश्वासयोग्य हुनुहुन्छ।

24 I said to myself, The Lord is my heritage; and because of this I will have hope in him.म आफैलाई भन्छु, “परमप्रभु नै मेरो परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ अनि म उहाँमाथि विश्वास गर्दछु।”

25 The Lord is good to those who are waiting for him, to the soul which is looking for him.परमप्रभु ती मानिसहरूका लागि असल हुनुहुन्छ जसले प्रतीक्षा गर्दछ। परमप्रभु ती मानिसहरूका लागि असल हुनुहुन्छ जसले उहाँलाई खोज्दछ।

26 It is good to go on hoping and quietly waiting for the salvation of the Lord.ती मानिसहरूको लागि राम्रो हो। परमप्रभुले चुपचाप रक्षागर्न प्रतिक्षा गर्नु हुन्छ!

27 It is good for a man to undergo the yoke when he is young.मानव जातिको लागि बाल्य अवस्था देखि परमप्रभुको जुवा बोक्नु असल कुरा हो।

28 Let him be seated by himself, saying nothing, because he has put it on him.जब परमप्रभुले उसलाई जुवा लगाई दिनु हुन्छ। त्यो मानिस एक्लो र चुपचाप बस्नु पर्छ।

29 Let him put his mouth in the dust, if by chance there may be hope.त्यो मानिसले परमप्रभुको अगाडि आफ्नो अनुहार जमीन तिर निहुराएर घोप्टीनुपर्छ। हुनसक्छ, त्यहाँ अझ आशा होला।

30 Let his face be turned to him who gives him blows; let him be full of shame.त्यो मानिसलाई कसैले हिर्काउँदा अर्को गाला पनि फर्काउनु पर्छ। मानिसहरूलाई अपमान गर्न दिनुपर्छ।

31 For the Lord does not give a man up for ever.त्यो मानिसले त्यो कुरा याद गर्नु पर्छ कि परमप्रभुले मानिसहरूलाई सदा रद्द गर्नु हुन्न।

32 For though he sends grief, still he will have pity in the full measure of his love.जब परमप्रभुले दण्ड दिनुहुन्छ, उहाँसँग दया पनि हुन्छ। उहाँसँग दया छ किनभने उहाँको महान प्रेम र करूणा अपार छ।

33 For he has no pleasure in troubling and causing grief to the children of men.परमप्रभु मानिसहरूलाई दण्ड दिन चाहनुहुन्न। उहाँ मानिसहरूलाई दुखी बनाउन चाहनुहुन्न।

34 In a man's crushing under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,परमप्रभु यी कुराहरू मनपारउनु हुन्न। उहाँले पृथ्वीका सारा कैदीहरूलाई आफ्नो खुट्टाले कुल्चन चाहनुहुन्न।

35 In his turning away the right of a man before the face of the Most High.उहाँले सर्वोच्च परमेश्वर सामु मानिसहरूले मानिसहरूलाई अन्याय गरेको चाहनुहुन्न।

36 In his doing wrong to a man in his cause, the Lord has no pleasure.मानिसलाई धोका दिएको मनपराउनु हुन्न। यस्तो कुराहरू परमप्रभुले पटक्कै मनपराउनु हुन्न।

37 Who is able to say a thing, and give effect to it, if it has not been ordered by the Lord?परमप्रभुले आज्ञा नगरूञ्जेलसम्म कसैले पनि एस्तो घट्ना होस् भनेर भन्न सक्तैन।

38 Do not evil and good come from the mouth of the Most High?सर्वोचय परमप्रभुले नै असल र खराब दुवै घटनाहरू गराउन सक्नु हुन्छ।

39 What protest may a living man make, even a man about the punishment of his sin?जब परमप्रभुले उसको पापहरूको लागि दण्ड दिनु हुन्छ। कुनै जीउँदो मानिसले विरोध गर्न सक्तैन

40 Let us make search and put our ways to the test, turning again to the Lord;जाँचौं र हेरौं हामीले के के गर्यौं। त्यसपछि परमप्रभु तर्फ फर्कौ।

41 Lifting up our hearts with our hands to God in the heavens.हामी हाम्रा हृदय र हातहरू र्स्वगका परमप्रभुको तर्फ उठाऔं, अनि

42 We have done wrong and gone against your law; we have not had your forgiveness.उहाँलाई भनौं, “हामीले पाप गर्यौं र बागी भयौं त्यसैकारण तपाईंले हामीलाई क्षमा दिनु भएन।”

43 Covering yourself with wrath you have gone after us, cutting us off without pity;तपाईंले स्वयंलाई क्रोधले ढाक्नु अनि हामीलाई खेद्नु भयो। तपाईंले हामीलाई निष्ठुरी प्रकारले मार्नु भयो।

44 Covering yourself with a cloud, so that prayer may not get through.तपाईंले स्वयंलाई बादलले ढाक्नु भयो त्यसकारण कुनै पनि उपासकहरू तपाईंकहाँ पुग्न सकेनन्।

45 You have made us like waste and that for which there is no use, among the peoples.तपाईंले हामीलाई अन्य जातिहरू प्रति मैला कसिङ्गर र फोहरी बनाउनु भयो।

46 The mouths of all our haters are open wide against us.हाम्रा सारा शत्रुहरू हामीसँग क्रोधित भएर बोले।

47 Fear and deep waters have come on us, wasting and destruction.हामी अत्यन्तै त्रासीत भयौं र हाम्रो विनाश भयो।”

48 Rivers of water are running down from my eyes, for the destruction of the daughter of my people.मेरा आँखाहरूबाट आँसुका धारा बगे। मेरो मानिसहरूको सर्वनाश देखेर म रोएँ।

49 My eyes are streaming without stopping, they have no rest,मेरा आँखाबाट निरन्तर आँसु बगिरहे।

50 Till the Lord's eye is turned on me, till he sees my trouble from heaven.परमप्रभु म लगातार रूने छु, जबसम्म माथिबाट तपाईंले हामीलाई हेर्नुहुन्न। म लगातार रूँने छु जबसम्म तपाईंले स्वर्गबाट हामीलाई हेर्नुहुन्न।

51 The Lord is unkind to my soul, more than all the daughters of my town.मेरा सबै शहरहरू रोएको देखेर मेरो आँखाहरूले मलाई दुखी तुल्यायो।

52 They who are against me without cause have gone hard after me as if I was a bird;हामीलाई घृणा गर्ने कुनै कारणै नभाएकाहरूले हामीलाई मात्र चरालाई झैं खेदाए।

53 They have put an end to my life in the prison, stoning me with stones.म जीउँदोलाई तिनीहरूले खाडलमा फ्याँकी दिए। तिनीहरूले ममाथि ढुंङ्गाहरू वर्षाए।

54 Waters were flowing over my head; I said, I am cut off.मेरो टाउको सम्म पानी आई पुग्यो। मैले आफैलाई भनें, “म खत्तम भएँ।”

55 I was making prayer to your name, O Lord, out of the lowest prison.हे परमप्रभु, मैले तपाईंको नाउँ डाकें। मैले खाडलको पींदबाट तपाईंलाई पुकारें।

56 My voice came to you; let not your ear be shut to my breathing, to my cry.तपाईंले मेरो आवाज सुन्नुभयो। कान नथुन्नु होस् र मलाई उद्धार गर्नुहोस् अनि मलाई बचाउनु होस्।”

57 You came near in the day when I made my prayer to you: you said, Have no fear.मैले सहायताका निम्ति गुहारेकै दिन तपाईं आउनुभयो। तपाईंले मलाई भन्नुभयो, “नडराऊ।”

58 O Lord, you have taken up the cause of my soul, you have made my life safe.परमप्रभु, तपाईंले मेरो प्रतिरक्षा गर्नुभयो। तपाईंले मेरो जीवन पुन फर्काई दिनु भयो।

59 O Lord, you have seen my wrong; be judge in my cause.हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंले मेरो कष्ट देख्नु भएको छ। अब मेरो न्याय गरीदिनु होस्।

60 You have seen all the evil rewards they have sent on me, and all their designs against me.मेरो विरूद्धमा तिनीहरूले बनाएको सबै प्रतिशोधका योजनाहरू तपाईंले देख्नु भयो।

61 Their bitter words have come to your ears, O Lord, and all their designs against me;हे परमप्रभु तिनीहरूले मेरो अपमान गरेको सुन्नु भयो। मेरो विरूद्धमा दुष्ट योजनाहरू गरेको तपाईंले देख्नु भयो।

62 The lips of those who came up against me, and their thoughts against me all the day.मेरा शत्रुहरूका शब्द र विचारहरू सारा समय मेरो विरूद्धछन्।

63 Take note of them when they are seated, and when they get up; I am their song.जब तिनीहरू उठ बस गर्छन। हेर्नुहोस् तब मेरो खिल्ली उडाउँदैछन्।

64 You will give them their reward, O Lord, answering to the work of their hands.हे परमप्रभु! तिनीहरूले गरेको कर्म अनुसार तिनीहरूलाई दण्ड दिनुहोस्। तिनीहरूले जे गरे त्यसको लागि दण्ड भोगाउनुहोस्।

65 You will let their hearts be covered over with your curse on them.तिनीहरू माथि आफ्नो श्राप स्वरूप कठोर हृदय दिनुहोस्।

66 You will go after them in wrath, and put an end to them from under the heavens of the Lord.तिनीहरूलाई क्रोधमा खेद्नु होस्। तिनीहरूको सर्वनाश गर्नुहोस् हे परमप्रभु आकाश मुनी देखि तिनीहरूलाई सर्वनाश गर्नुहोस्।
