Though thou shouldest bray a fool in a mortar among wheat with a pestle, yet will not his foolishness depart from him.

wheat הָ֭רִיפוֹת rîpâ ree-FA
with a pestle, בַּֽעֱלִ֑י ʿĕlî ay-LEE
will not לֹא lōʾ loh
depart תָס֥וּר sûr soor
from him. מֵ֝עָלָ֗יו ʿal al
his foolishness אִוַּלְתּֽוֹ׃ ʾiwwelet ee-weh-LET
