അത്യുന്നതനായവൻ മനുഷ്യരുടെ രാജത്വത്തിന്മേൽ വാഴുകയും അതിനെ തനിക്കു ബോധിച്ചവന്നു കൊടുക്കയും മനുഷ്യരിൽ അധമനായവനെ അതിന്മേൽ വാഴിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നു ജീവനോടിരിക്കുന്നവർ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു ഈ വിധി ദൂതന്മാരുടെ നിർണ്ണയവും കാര്യം വിശുദ്ധന്മാരുടെ കല്പനയും ആകുന്നു.

that דִּ֣י dî dee
may know יִנְדְּע֣וּן yĕdaʿ yeh-DA
the living חַ֠יַּיָּא ḥay hai
that דִּֽי dî dee
ruleth שַׁלִּ֨יט šallîṭ sha-LEET
the most High עִלָּיָ֜א ʿillay ee-LAI
in the kingdom בְּמַלְכ֣וּת malkû mahl-HOO
of men, אֲנָושָׁ֗א ʾĕnoš ay-NOHSH
it to whomsoever וּלְמַן mān mahn
דִּ֤י dî dee
he will, יִצְבֵּא֙ ṣĕbāʾ tseh-VA
and giveth יִתְּנִנַּ֔הּ nĕtan neh-TAHN
it the basest וּשְׁפַ֥ל šĕpal sheh-FAHL
of men. אֲנָשִׁ֖ים ʾĕnoš ay-NOHSH
and setteth up יְקִ֥ים qûm koom
over עֲלַֽיהּ׃ ʿal al
