Proverbs 6 - YLT (Kannada)

1 My son! if thou hast been surety for thy friend, Hast stricken for a stranger thy hand,ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನಿಗಾಗಿ ನೀನು ಹೊಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಪರನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಒಡ್ಡಿದ್ದರೆ

2 Hast been snared with sayings of thy mouth, Hast been captured with sayings of thy mouth,ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ನೀನು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ. ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ನೀನು ಹಿಡಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀ.

3 Do this now, my son, and be delivered, For thou hast come into the hand of thy friend. Go, trample on thyself, and strengthen thy friend,ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನ ಕೈಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದಾಗ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡು. ಹೋಗಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನೀನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನಿಗೆ ಹೊಣೆಯಾಗು.

4 Give not sleep to thine eyes, And slumber to thine eyelids,ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿದ್ರೆಯನ್ನೂ ರೆಪ್ಪೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತೂಕಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡಬೇಡ.

5 Be delivered as a roe from the hand, And as a bird from the hand of a fowler.ಬೇಟೆ ಗಾರನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಜಿಂಕೆಯೂ ಪಕ್ಷಿಯೂ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವಂತೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೋ.

6 Go unto the ant, O slothful one, See her ways and be wise;ಸೋಮಾರಿಯೇ, ನೀನು ಇರುವೆಯ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಹೋಗಿ ಅದರ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿ ಜ್ಞಾನ ವಂತನಾಗಿರು.

7 Which hath not captain, overseer, and ruler,ನಾಯಕನಾಗಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕನಾ ಗಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋದರೂ

8 She doth prepare in summer her bread, She hath gathered in harvest her food.ಬೇಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ತನ್ನ ಅಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಸುಗ್ಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು.

9 Till when, O slothful one, dost thou lie? When dost thou arise from thy sleep?ಓ ಸೋಮಾರಿಯೇ, ಎಷ್ಟು ಹೊತ್ತು ನೀನು ನಿದ್ರೆಮಾಡುವದು? ನಿನ್ನ ನಿದ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಯಾವಾ ಗ ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿ?

10 A little sleep, a little slumber, A little clasping of the hands to rest,ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ನಿದ್ರೆ, ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ತೂಕಡಿಕೆ, ನಿದ್ರೆಗಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕೈ ಮುದುರಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿ?

11 And thy poverty hath come as a traveller, And thy want as an armed man.ಹೀಗೆ ದಾರಿದ್ರ್ಯವು ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡು ವವನ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೊರತೆಯು ಯುದ್ಧಸ್ಥರ ಹಾಗೂ ಬರುವದು.

12 A man of worthlessness, a man of iniquity, Walking `with' perverseness of mouth,ದುಷ್ಟನೂ ಕೆಡುಕನೂ ವಕ್ರಬಾಯಿಂದ ನಡೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.

13 Winking with his eyes, speaking with his feet, Directing with his fingers,ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಂದ ಸನ್ನೆಮಾಡಿ ತನ್ನ ಕಾಲುಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾತಾಡುತ್ತಾ ತನ್ನ ಬೆರಳುಗಳಿಂದ ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

14 Frowardness `is' in his heart, devising evil at all times, Contentions he sendeth forth.ಅವನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರ್ಖ ತನವಿದೆ. ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಅವನು ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸು ತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನು ವೈಷಮ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತುತ್ತಾನೆ.

15 Therefore suddenly cometh his calamity, Instantly he is broken -- and no healing.ಆದದ ರಿಂದ ಅವನಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ವಿಪತ್ತು ಬರುವದು; ತಕ್ಷ ಣವೇ ಯಾವ ಪರಿಹಾರವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನು ಮುರಿಯಲ್ಪ ಡುವನು.

16 These six hath Jehovah hated, Yea, seven `are' abominations to His soul.ಈ ಆರು ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಹೌದು, ಏಳು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಅಸಹ್ಯವಾಗಿವೆ; ಯಾವವಂದರೆ:

17 Eyes high -- tongues false -- And hands shedding innocent blood --ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ, ಸುಳ್ಳಾ ಡುವ ನಾಲಿಗೆ, ನಿರ್ದೋಷ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸುವ ಕೈಗಳು,

18 A heart devising thoughts of vanity -- Feet hasting to run to evil --ದುಷ್ಟ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ಹೃದಯ, ಕೇಡಿಗೆ ಓಡಾಡುವದರಲ್ಲಿ ತ್ವರೆಪಡುವ ಕಾಲುಗಳು,

19 A false witness `who' doth breathe out lies -- And one sending forth contentions between brethren.ಅಸತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡುವ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹೋ ದರರಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಷಮ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತುವವನು.

20 Keep, my son, the command of thy father, And leave not the law of thy mother.ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳು, ತಾಯಿಯ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಬೇಡ.

21 Bind them on thy heart continually, Tie them on thy neck.ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂಧಿಸು. ನಿನ್ನ ಕಂಠಕ್ಕೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೋ.

22 In thy going up and down, it leadeth thee, In thy lying down, it watcheth over thee, And thou hast awaked -- it talketh `with' thee.ನೀನು ಹೋಗು ವಾಗ ಅದು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಡಿಸುವದು; ಮಲಗುವಾಗ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವದು; ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಂಡಾಗ ನಿನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡುವದು.

23 For a lamp `is' the command, And the law a light, And a way of life `are' reproofs of instruction,ಆಜ್ಞೆಯು ದೀಪವಾಗಿದೆ, ಕಟ್ಟ ಳೆಯು ಬೆಳಕಾಗಿದೆ; ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಗದರಿಕೆಗಳು ಜೀವದ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿವೆ.

24 To preserve thee from an evil woman, From the flattery of the tongue of a strange woman.ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೆಂಗಸಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಪರ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯ ಮುಖಸ್ತುತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಅವು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವವು.

25 Desire not her beauty in thy heart, And let her not take thee with her eyelids.ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮೋಹಿಸಬೇಡ; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವಳ ಕಣ್ಣುರೆಪ್ಪೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಅವಳು ವಶಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಇರಲಿ.

26 For a harlot consumeth unto a cake of bread, And an adulteress the precious soul hunteth.ಒಬ್ಬ ವೇಶ್ಯೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯ ತುಂಡಿಗೆ ಈಡಾಗುವನು; ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರಿಣಿಯು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ಬೇಟೆಯಾಡುವಳು.

27 Doth a man take fire into his bosom, And are his garments not burnt?ಒಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ಸುಡುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?

28 Doth a man walk on the hot coals, And are his feet not scorched?ಒಬ್ಬನು ಧಗಧಗಿಸುವ ಕೆಂಡಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದರೆ ಅವನ ಪಾದಗಳು ಸುಡುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?

29 So `is' he who hath gone in unto the wife of his neighbour, None who doth touch her is innocent.ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡುವವನು ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಇರುವನು; ಅವಳನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುವ ಯಾವನೂ ನಿರಪ ರಾಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರನು.

30 They do not despise the thief, When he stealeth to fill his soul when he is hungry,ಹಸಿದಾಗ ಕಳ್ಳನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳವು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಜನರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೀಯಾಳಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

31 And being found he repayeth sevenfold, All the substance of his house he giveth.ಅವನು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಏಳರಷ್ಟು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುವನು; ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವನು ಕೊಡುವನು.

32 He who committeth adultery `with' a woman lacketh heart, He is destroying his soul who doth it.ಒಬ್ಬ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡುವವನು ವಿವೇಕವಿಲ್ಲದವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನೇ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.

33 A stroke and shame he doth find, And his reproach is not wiped away,ಅವ ನಿಗೆ ಗಾಯವೂ ಅವಮಾನವೂ ಆಗುವವು; ಅವನ ನಿಂದೆಯು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಅಳಿಸಲ್ಪಡದು.

34 For jealousy `is' the fury of a man, And he doth not spare in a day of vengeance.ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಕ್ರೋಧವು ಮತ್ಸರವಾಗಿದೆ; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಮುಯ್ಯಿ ತೀರಿಸುವ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಕ್ಷಮೆತೋರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

35 He accepteth not the appearance of any atonement, Yea, he doth not consent, Though thou dost multiply bribes!ಅವನು ಯಾವ ಈಡನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಇದ ಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀನು ಎಷ್ಟು ಲಂಚಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ಅವನು ಒಪ್ಪುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
