Proverbs 27 - WEB (Kannada)

1 Don't boast about tomorrow; For you don't know what a day may bring forth.1 ನಾಳೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡ; ಒಂದು ದಿನವು ಯಾವದನ್ನು ಸಂಭವಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೋ ಅದು ನಿನಗೆ ತಿಳಿ ಯದು.

2 Let another man praise you, And not your own mouth; A stranger, and not your own lips.ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲ, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳಲಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ತುಟಿಗಳಲ್ಲ, ಪರನೇ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳಲಿ.

3 A stone is heavy, And sand is a burden; But a fool's provocation is heavier than both.ಕಲ್ಲು ಭಾರ, ಮರಳು ಭಾರ; ಇವೆರಡ ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೂಢನ ಕೋಪವು ಬಹಳ ಭಾರ.

4 Wrath is cruel, And anger is overwhelming; But who is able to stand before jealousy?ಕ್ರೋಧವು ಕ್ರೂರ. ಕೋಪವು ಘೋರ; ಮತ್ಸರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಯಾವನು ನಿಂತಾನು?

5 Better is open rebuke Than hidden love.ರಹಸ್ಯವಾದ ಪ್ರೀತಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾದ ಗದರಿಕೆಯೇ ಲೇಸು.

6 Faithful are the wounds of a friend; Although the kisses of an enemy are profuse.ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನು ಮಾಡುವ ಗಾಯಗಳು ನಂಬಿಕೆಯುಳ್ಳವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ; ಶತ್ರುವಿನ ಮುದ್ದುಗಳು ಮೋಸಕರವಾಗಿವೆ.

7 A full soul loathes a honeycomb; But to a hungry soul, every bitter thing is sweet.ತೃಪ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದವನು ಜೇನು ತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನೂ ಅಸಹ್ಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ತ್ತಾನೆ; ಹಸಿದವನಿಗೆ ಕಹಿಯಾದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ವಸ್ತುವು ಸಿಹಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

8 As a bird that wanders from her nest, So is a man who wanders from his home.ತನ್ನ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅಲೆಯುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ತನ್ನ ಗೂಡನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅಲೆಯುವ ಪಕ್ಷಿ ಯಂತೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ.

9 Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart; So does earnest counsel from a man's friend.ತೈಲವೂ ಸುಗಂಧ ದ್ರವ್ಯವೂ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆದರಣೆಯ ಸಲಹೆಯಿಂದ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನ ಮಧುರತ್ವವು ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

10 Don't forsake your friend and your father's friend. Don't go to your brother's house in the day of your disaster: Better is a neighbor who is near than a distant brother.ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನನ್ನೂ ತ್ಯಜಿಸಬೇಡ; ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಡ; ದೂರವಾಗಿರುವ ಸಹೋದರನಿಗಿಂತ ಹತ್ತಿರವಾಗಿರುವ ನೆರೆಯವನೇ ಲೇಸು.

11 Be wise, my son, And bring joy to my heart, Then I can answer my tormentor.ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿಂದಿಸುವವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯಾಗಿರು.

12 A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge; But the simple pass on, and suffer for it:ಜಾಣನು ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಮುಂದಾಗಿ ನೋಡಿ ಅಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನು ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

13 Take his garment when he puts up collateral for a stranger; Hold it for a wayward woman!ಪರನಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೊಣೆಯಾದವನ ವಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನಿಗಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಂದ ಒತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೋ.

14 He who blesses his neighbor with a loud voice early in the morning, It will be taken as a curse by him.ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಎದ್ದು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನನ್ನು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕೂಗಿನಿಂದ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವವನಿಗೆ ಅದು ಶಾಪವೆಂದು ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದು.

15 A continual dropping on a rainy day And a contentious wife are alike:ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಳೆಯ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡದೆ ತೊಟ್ಟಿಕ್ಕುವಂತದ್ದೂ ಕಲಹ ಮಾಡುವ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯೂ ಸಮಾನ.

16 Restraining her is like restraining the wind, Or like grasping oil in his right hand.ಅವಳನ್ನು ಅಡಗಿಸು ವವನು ಗಾಳಿಯನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ರಟ್ಟುಮಾಡುವ ಅವನ ಬಲಗೈಯ ತೈಲವನ್ನೂ ಅಡಗಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

17 Iron sharpens iron; So a man sharpens his friend's countenance.ಕಬ್ಬಿಣವು ಕಬ್ಬಿಣವನ್ನು ಹದಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ; ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಒಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನ ಬುದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಚುರುಕು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

18 Whoever tends the fig tree shall eat its fruit. He who looks after his master shall be honored.ಅಂಜೂರದ ಮರವನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವವನು ಅದರ ಫಲವನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವನು; ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ತನ್ನ ಯಜಮಾನ ನಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಯುವವನು ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಹೊಂದುವನು.

19 As water reflects a face, So a man's heart reflects the man.ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖವು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಹೃದಯವು ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.

20 Sheol and Abaddon are never satisfied; And a man's eyes are never satisfied.ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೂ ನಾಶನಕ್ಕೂ ತೃಪ್ತಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ತೃಪ್ತಿಹೊಂದುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

21 The crucible is for silver, And the furnace for gold; But man is refined by his praise.ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಬಂಗಾರ ಗಳ ಪುಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಲುಮೆ ಹೇಗೆಯೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ತನ್ನ ಹೊಗಳಿಕೆಗೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

22 Though you grind a fool in a mortar with a pestle along with grain, Yet his foolishness will not be removed from him.ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನನ್ನು ಒರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಧಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒನಕೆಯಿಂದ ಕುಟ್ಟಿ ದರೂ ಅವನಿಂದ ಮೂರ್ಖತನವು ತೊಲಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

23 Know well the state of your flocks, And pay attention to your herds:ನಿನ್ನ ಹಿಂಡುಗಳ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆವಹಿಸು; ನಿನ್ನ ಮಂದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೋಡಿಕೋ.

24 For riches are not forever, Nor does even the crown endure to all generations.ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಲ್ಲ; ಕಿರೀಟವು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ವಂಶಾವಳಿಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೋ?

25 The hay is removed, and the new growth appears, The grasses of the hills are gathered in.ಹುಲ್ಲು ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ; ಹಸಿ ಹುಲ್ಲು ತನ್ನನ್ನೇ ತೋರುತ್ತದೆ, ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಕೂಡಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ.

26 The lambs are for your clothing, And the goats are the price of a field.ನಿನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕುರಿಮರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಲದ ಕ್ರಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಆಡುಗಳು ಇವೆ.

27 There will be plenty of goats' milk for your food, For your family's food, And for the nourishment of your servant girls.ನಿನ್ನ ಊಟಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಯವರ ಆಹಾರ ಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸಿಯರ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೂ ಆಡುಗಳ ಹಾಲು ಸಾಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
