Proverbs 21 - ASV (Kannada)

1 The king's heart is in the hand of Jehovah as the watercourses: He turneth it whithersoever he will.ನೀರಿನ ನದಿಗಳಂತೆ ಅರಸನ ಹೃದಯವು ಕರ್ತನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ; ತನಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಆತನು ಅದನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

2 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes; But Jehovah weigheth the hearts.ತನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮಾರ್ಗವು ಸರಿ ಯಾಗಿದೆ; ಕರ್ತನು ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

3 To do righteousness and justice Is more acceptable to Jehovah than sacrifice.ಯಜ್ಞಕ್ಕಿಂತ ನೀತಿನ್ಯಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಡಿಸುವದು ಕರ್ತ ನಿಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

4 A high look, and a proud heart, `Even' the lamp of the wicked, is sin.ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ, ಗರ್ವದ ಹೃದಯ, ದುಷ್ಟರ ಉಳುವಿಕೆ ಪಾಪವೇ.

5 The thoughts of the diligent `tend' only to plenteousness; But every one that is hasty `hasteth' only to want.ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಯೋಚನೆಗಳು ಸಮ್ಮದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಒಲಿಯುತ್ತವೆ; ಆತುರಪಡುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನ ಯೋಚನೆಗಳು ಕೊರ ತೆಗೆ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತವೆ.

6 The getting of treasures by a lying tongue Is a vapor driven to and fro by them that seek death.ಸುಳ್ಳಿನ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ಸಂಪಾ ದಿಸುವ ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಮೃತ್ಯುವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವವರಿಂದ ಬಡಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವ್ಯರ್ಥತ್ವವಾಗಿದೆ.

7 The violence of the wicked shall sweep them away, Because they refuse to do justice.ದುಷ್ಟರ ಸೂರೆಯು ಅವರನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುವದು; ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದನ್ನು ಅವರು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

8 The way of him that is laden with guilt is exceeding crooked; But as for the pure, his work is right.ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಮಾರ್ಗವು ಡೊಂಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅಪರಿಚಿತ; ಪವಿತ್ರನಿ ಗಾದರೋ ಅವನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಯು ಸರಳ.

9 It is better to dwell in the corner of the housetop, Than with a contentious woman in a wide house.ವಿಶಾಲವಾದ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಗಳಗಂಟಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮಾಳಿಗೆಯ ಒಂದು ಮೂಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವದು ಲೇಸು.

10 The soul of the wicked desireth evil: His neighbor findeth no favor in his eyes.ದುಷ್ಟರ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ಅವನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನು ಯಾವ ದಯೆ ಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

11 When the scoffer is punished, the simple is made wise; And when the wise is instructed, he receiveth knowledge.ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಕರನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ದರೆ ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನರು ಜ್ಞಾನವಂತರಾಗುವರು; ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಹೊಂದಿದರೆ ಅವನು ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದು ತ್ತಾನೆ.

12 The righteous man considereth the house of the wicked, `How' the wicked are overthrown to `their' ruin.ನೀತಿವಂತನು ದುಷ್ಟನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಯಿಂದ ಲಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅವರ ದುಷ್ಟತನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೆಡವುತ್ತಾನೆ.

13 Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, He also shall cry, but shall not be heard.ಬಡವರ ಕೂಗಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಕಿವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನು ತಾನು ಕೂಗಿದಾಗ ಯಾರೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

14 A gift in secret pacifieth anger; And a present in the bosom, strong wrath.ಗುಪ್ತ ಲಂಚವು ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ಅಡಗಿಸುವದು; ಎದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಬಹುಮಾನವು ರೌದ್ರವನ್ನು ಆರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

15 It is joy to the righteous to do justice; But it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity.ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವದು ನೀತಿವಂತರಿಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷವಾ ಗಿದೆ; ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ನಾಶನ.

16 The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding Shall rest in the assembly of the dead.ವಿವೇ ಕದ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು, ತಿರುಗುವವನು ಸತ್ತವರ ಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂಥವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

17 He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man: He that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich.ಭೋಗಾಸ ಕ್ತನು ಕೊರತೆಪಡುವನು; ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನೂ ತೈಲವನ್ನೂ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುವವನು ನಿರ್ಭಾಗ್ಯನಾಗುವನು.

18 The wicked is a ransom for the righteous; And the treacherous `cometh' in the stead of the upright.ನೀತಿ ವಂತರಿಗಾಗಿ ದುಷ್ಟರೂ ಯಥಾರ್ಥವಂತರಿಗಾಗಿ ದೋಷಕರೂ ಈಡಾಗುವರು.

19 It is better to dwell in a desert land, Than with a contentious and fretful woman.ಕಾಡುವ ಕೋಪವುಳ್ಳ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವದು ಲೇಸು.

20 There is precious treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise; But a foolish man swalloweth it up.ಜ್ಞಾನವಂತರ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸತಕ್ಕ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವೂ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯೂ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ; ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನು ಇದ್ದದ್ದನ್ನು ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

21 He that followeth after righteousness and kindness Findeth life, righteousness, and honor.ನೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಕರುಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವವನು; ಜೀವವನ್ನೂ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಕೀರ್ತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಕಂಡು ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

22 A wise man scaleth the city of the mighty, And bringeth down the strength of the confidence thereof.ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠರ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಟ್ಟು ಬಲವನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಿ ಹಾಕು ತ್ತಾನೆ.

23 Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue Keepeth his soul from troubles.ತನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ನಾಲಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವ ವನು ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟುಗಳಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

24 The proud and haughty man, scoffer is his name; He worketh in the arrogance of pride.ಸೊಕ್ಕೇರಿದ ಗರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ತಿಸುವ ವನ ಹೆಸರು ಅಹಂಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಕನು.

25 The desire of the sluggard killeth him; For his hands refuse to labor.ಸೋಮಾರಿಯ ಆಶೆಯು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುತ್ತವೆ. ಅವನ ಕೈಗಳು ದುಡಿಯುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.

26 There is that coveteth greedily all the day long; But the righteous giveth and withholdeth not.ದಿನವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವನು ದುರಾಶೆಯಿಂದ ಆಶಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನೀತಿವಂತನು ಹಿಂತೆಗೆಯದೇ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

27 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination: How much more, when he bringeth it with a wicked mind!ದುಷ್ಟರ ಯಜ್ಞವು ಅಸಹ್ಯ; ಹೀಗಾದರೆ ದುರ್ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಯಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಅಸಹ್ಯ ಕರವಾಗಿದೆ.

28 A false witness shall perish; But the man that heareth shall speak so as to endure.ಸುಳ್ಳುಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯವನು ನಾಶವಾಗುವನು; ಕೇಳುವವನು ಬಿಡದೆ ಮಾತಾಡುವನು.

29 A wicked man hardeneth his face; But as for the upright, he establisheth his ways.ದುಷ್ಟನು ತನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಯಥಾ ರ್ಥವಂತನಾದರೋ ತನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

30 There is no wisdom nor understanding Nor counsel against Jehovah.ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಯಾವ ಜ್ಞಾನವೂ ವಿವೇಕವೂ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.

31 The horse is prepared against the day of battle; But victory is of Jehovah.ಯುದ್ಧದ ದಿನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕುದುರೆಯು ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ; ಭದ್ರತೆಯು ಕರ್ತನಿಂದಲೇ.
