Proverbs 19 - YLT (Kannada)

1 Better `is' the poor walking in his integrity, Than the perverse `in' his lips, who `is' a fool.ತನ್ನ ನಿರ್ದೋಷತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಬಡವನು ತನ್ನ ತುಟಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಕ್ರತೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಉತ್ತಮ.

2 Also, without knowledge the soul `is' not good, And the hasty in feet is sinning.ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಯುಕ್ತವಲ್ಲ; ತನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳಿಂದ ದುಡುಕುವ ವನು ಪಾಪಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

3 The folly of man perverteth his way, And against Jehovah is his heart wroth.ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನತೆ ತನ್ನ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ಅವನ ಹೃದಯವು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಉರಿಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.

4 Wealth addeth many friends, And the poor from his neighbour is separated.ಐಶ್ವ ರ್ಯವು ಅನೇಕ ಮಂದಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ತ್ತದೆ; ಬಡವನು ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನಿಂದ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸಲ್ಪ ಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

5 A false witness is not acquitted, Whoso breatheth out lies is not delivered.ಸುಳ್ಳುಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸಲ್ಪಡದೆ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಸುಳ್ಳಾಡುವವನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಇರನು.

6 Many entreat the face of the noble, And all have made friendship to a man of gifts.ಅಧಿಪ ತಿಯ ದಯೆಗಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕರು ಬಿನ್ನವಿಸುವರು; ದಾನಗ ಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನೂ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತನೇ.

7 All the brethren of the poor have hated him, Surely also his friends have been far from him, He is pursuing words -- they are not!ಬಡವನ ಸಹೋದರರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡು ತ್ತಾರೆ. ತನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು ತನ್ನಿಂದ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ದೂರ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರಲ್ಲವೇ? ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಅವನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿದರೂ ಅವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಾಲುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

8 Whoso is getting heart is loving his soul, He is keeping understanding to find good.ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣ ವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ವಿವೇಕವನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನು ಒಳ್ಳೇದನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.

9 A false witness is not acquitted, And whoso breatheth out lies perisheth.ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸಲ್ಪಡದೆ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಸುಳ್ಳಾಡುವವನು ನಾಶವಾ ಗುವನು.

10 Luxury is not comely for a fool, Much less for a servant to rule among princes.ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನಿಗೆ ಆನಂದವು ಯುಕ್ತವಲ್ಲ; ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ದೊರೆತನ ಮಾಡುವದು ಸೇವಕ ನಿಗೆ ಯುಕ್ತವೇ ಅಲ್ಲ.

11 The wisdom of a man hath deferred his anger, And his glory `is' to pass over transgression.ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ವಿವೇಕವು ಅವನ ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ಅಡ್ಡಿಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ದೋಷವನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷಿ ಸದೆ ಇರುವದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಘನತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

12 The wrath of a king `is' a growl as of a young lion, And as dew on the herb his good-will.ಅರಸನ ಕೋಪವು ಸಿಂಹದ ಘರ್ಜನೆಯಂತಿದೆ; ಅವನ ದಯೆಯು ಹುಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಇಬ್ಬನಿಯಂತಿದೆ.

13 A calamity to his father `is' a foolish son, And the contentions of a wife `are' a continual dropping.ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನಾದ ಮಗನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಗೆ ಹಾನಿಕ ರನು; ಹೆಂಡತಿಯ ಕಲಹಗಳು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ತೊಟ್ಟಿ ಕ್ಕುವ ಹನಿಗಳು.

14 House and wealth `are' the inheritance of fathers, And from Jehovah `is' an understanding wife.ಮನೆಯೂ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವೂ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯವು; ವಿವೇಕಿಯಾದ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯು ಕರ್ತ ನಿಂದಲೇ.

15 Sloth causeth deep sleep to fall, And an indolent soul doth hunger.ಮೈಗಳ್ಳತನವು ಗಾಢ ನಿದ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳು ಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ಸೋಮಾರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಹಸಿವೆಗೊಳ್ಳು ವದು.

16 Whoso is keeping the command is keeping his soul, Whoso is despising His ways dieth.ಆಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವವನು ತನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ತನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಅಸಡ್ಡೆಮಾಡು ವವನು ಸಾಯುವನು.

17 Whoso is lending `to' Jehovah is favouring the poor, And his deed He repayeth to him.ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ದಯೆತೋರಿಸು ವವನು. ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಸಾಲ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅವನು ಕೊಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಆತನು ತಿರುಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

18 Chastise thy son, for there is hope, And to put him to death lift not up thy soul.ಇನ್ನೂ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇರುವಾಗಲೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸು; ಅವನ ಅಳುವಿಕೆಗೆ ನೀನು ಕನಿಕರಿಸದೆ ಇರು.

19 A man of great wrath is bearing punishment, For, if thou dost deliver, yet again thou dost add.ಮಹಾಕೋಪಿಷ್ಠನು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವನು; ಅವನನ್ನು ನೀನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿದರೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ನೀನು ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

20 Hear counsel and receive instruction, So that thou art wise in thy latter end.ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸು. ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಯಾಗುವಿ.

21 Many `are' the purposes in a man's heart, And the counsel of Jehovah it standeth.ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಗಳಿವೆ; ಆದರೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವೇ ಈಡೇರು ವದು.

22 The desirableness of a man `is' his kindness, And better `is' the poor than a liar.ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಯು ಆತನ ದಯೆಯೇ; ಬಡವನು ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಾರನಿಗಿಂತ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವನು.

23 The fear of Jehovah `is' to life, And satisfied he remaineth -- he is not charged with evil.ಕರ್ತನ ಭಯವು ಜೀವಕ್ಕೆ ಒಲಿಯುತ್ತದೆ; ಅದನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ ವನು ತೃಪ್ತನಾಗಿ ನೆಲೆಗೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕೇಡು ಸಂಭವಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

24 The slothful hath hidden his hand in a dish, Even unto his mouth he bringeth it not back.ಸೋಮಾರಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಎದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟು ತನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಸಹ ಅದನ್ನು ಎತ್ತುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

25 A scorner smite, and the simple acts prudently, And give reproof to the intelligent, He understandeth knowledge.ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಗಾರರನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದರೆ ಮೂಢರು ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳುವರು; ವಿವೇಕಿಯನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿ ದರೆ ಅವನು ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸುವನು.

26 Whoso is spoiling a father causeth a mother to flee, A son causing shame, and bringing confusion.ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ನಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಓಡಿಸುವವನು ನಾಚಿಕೆಯನ್ನುಂಟು ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಂದೆಯನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತಾನೆ.

27 Cease, my son, to hear instruction -- To err from sayings of knowledge.ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ದಾರಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳದಿರು.

28 A worthless witness scorneth judgment, And the mouth of the wicked swalloweth iniquity.ಭಕ್ತಿಹೀ ನನ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯು ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಗೇಲಿಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ. ದುಷ್ಟನ ಬಾಯಿಯು ದ್ರೋಹವನ್ನು ನುಂಗುವದು.

29 Judgments have been prepared for scorners, And stripes for the back of fools!ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಗಾರರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪುಗಳೂ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಹೀನರ ಬೆನ್ನಿಗೆ ಪೆಟ್ಟುಗಳೂ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿವೆ.
