1 Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, with Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took [men]:ಆಗ ಲೇವಿಯ ಮರಿಮಗನೂ ಕೆಹಾತನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ ಇಚ್ಹಾರನ ಮಗನಾದ ಕೋರಹನೂ ರೂಬೇನ್‌ ಗೋತ್ರದವರಾದ ಎಲೀ ಯಾಬನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾದ ದಾತಾನನೂ ಅಬೀರಾಮನೂ ಪೆಲೆತನ ಮಗನಾದ ಓನನೂ ಇವರು ಜನರನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು

2 and they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred fifty princes of the congregation, called to the assembly, men of renown;ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಳಗಿಂದ ಸಭೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಾಗಿಯೂ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ರಾಗಿಯೂ ಹೆಸರು ಹೊಂದಿದವರಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರುವ ಇನ್ನೂರ ಐವತ್ತು ಮಂದಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮೋಶೆಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಎದ್ದರು.

3 and they assembled themselves together against Moses and against Aaron, and said to them, You take too much on you, seeing all the congregation are holy, everyone of them, and Yahweh is among them: why then lift yourselves up above the assembly of Yahweh?ಅವರು ಮೋಶೆಗೂ ಆರೋನ ನಿಗೂ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡು--ನೀವು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೀರಿ; ಸಭೆಯೂ ಸಭೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರೇ, ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ. ಹೀಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಭೆಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ನೀವೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವದು ಯಾಕೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

4 When Moses heard it, he fell on his face:ಮೋಶೆಯು ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಬೋರಲು ಬಿದ್ದು

5 and he spoke to Korah and to all his company, saying, In the morning Yahweh will show who are his, and who is holy, and will cause him to come near to him: even him whom he shall choose will he cause to come near to him.ಕೋರಹನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸಮೂಹಕ್ಕೂ--ಕರ್ತನು ತನ್ನ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ತಾನು ಆದುಕೊಂಡವನೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧನೂ ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ನಾಳೆ ತೋರಿಸುವನು. ಆತನು ಯಾರನ್ನು ಆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವನೋ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬರಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು. ನೀವು ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿರಿ:

6 This do: take you censers, Korah, and all his company;ಕೋರಹನೂ ಅವನ ಸಮೂಹವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಧೂಪ ಸುಡುವ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು

7 and put fire in them, and put incense on them before Yahweh tomorrow: and it shall be that the man whom Yahweh does choose, he [shall be] holy: you take too much on you, you sons of Levi.ನಾಳೆ ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಕಿರಿ; ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಯಾವನನ್ನು ಆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವನೋ ಅವನೇ ಪರಿ ಶುದ್ಧನಾಗಿರುವನು; ಲೇವಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ, ನೀವು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

8 Moses said to Korah, Hear now, you sons of Levi:ಮೋಶೆಯು ಕೋರಹನಿಗೆ--ಲೇವಿಯ ಕುಮಾ ರರೇ, ಈಗ ಕೇಳಿರಿ.

9 [seems it but] a small thing to you, that the God of Israel has separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to himself, to do the service of the tent of Yahweh, and to stand before the congregation to minister to them;ಕರ್ತನ ಗುಡಾರದ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಸಭೆಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಇರುವ ಆತನ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ದೇವರು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬರಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಸಭೆಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿ ಸಿದ್ದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಲ್ಪವಾಗಿದೆಯೋ?

10 and that he has brought you near, and all your brothers the sons of Levi with you? and seek you the priesthood also?ಆತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಲೇವಿಯ ಕುಮಾರರಾದ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದ ರರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬರಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ನೀವು ಯಾಜಕತ್ವವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತೀರೋ?

11 Therefore you and all your company are gathered together against Yahweh: and Aaron, what is he who you murmur against him?ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ನೀನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಗುಂಪೂ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರಿ; ನೀವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಗುಣುಗುಟ್ಟುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಆರೋನನು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

12 Moses sent to call Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab; and they said, We won't come up:ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆ ಎಲೀಯಾಬನ ಕುಮಾರರಾದ ದಾತಾನನನ್ನೂ ಅಬೀರಾಮನನ್ನೂ ಕರೇಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು--ನಾವು ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲ,

13 is it a small thing that you have brought us up out of a land flowing with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, but you must needs make yourself also a prince over us?ನೀನು ಅರಣ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಾಯಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಲೂ ಜೇನೂ ಹರಿಯುವ ದೇಶದೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದದ್ದು ನಿನಗೆ ಅಲ್ಪವಾಯಿತೋ? ಮತ್ತು ನೀನು ಅರಸನಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಳಬೇಕೋ?

14 Moreover you haven't brought us into a land flowing with milk and honey, nor given us inheritance of fields and vineyards: will you put out the eyes of these men? we won't come up.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಾಲೂ ಜೇನೂ ಹರಿಯುವ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಹೊಲಗಳನ್ನೂ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ತೋಟಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಮಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಬಿಡುವಿಯೋ? ನಾವು ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದರು.

15 Moses was very angry, and said to Yahweh, "Don't respect their offering: I have not taken one donkey from them, neither have I hurt one of them."ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಬಹಳ ವಾಗಿ ಕೋಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ--ಅವರ ಬಲಿಯನ್ನು ನೀನು ಗೌರವಿಸಬೇಡ; ನಾನು ಅವರಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಕತ್ತೆಯನ್ನಾದರೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಿಗಾದರೂ ಕೇಡು ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

16 Moses said to Korah, You and all your company go before Yahweh, you, and they, and Aaron, tomorrow:ಮೋಶೆಯು ಕೋರಹನಿಗೆ--ನೀನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಮೂಹವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಬೇಕು; ನೀನೂ ಅವರೂ ಆರೋನನೂ ನಾಳೆ ಬಂದು

17 and take every man his censer, and put incense on them, and bring you before Yahweh every man his censer, two hundred fifty censers; you also, and Aaron, each his censer.ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ತನ್ನ ಧೂಪದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಒಂದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇನ್ನೂರ ಐವತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಧೂಪ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ಎದುರಿಗೆ ತನ್ನಿರಿ. ನೀನೂ ಆರೋನನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಧೂಪದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬನ್ನಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.

18 They took every man his censer, and put fire in them, and laid incense thereon, and stood at the door of the tent of meeting with Moses and Aaron.ಆಗ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಧೂಪದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಮೋಶೆ ಆರೋನರ ಸಂಗಡ ನಿಂತರು.

19 Korah assembled all the congregation against them to the door of the tent of meeting: and the glory of Yahweh appeared to all the congregation.ಕೋರಹನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸಮೂಹವನ್ನು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಕೂಡಿಸಿದನು. ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸಭೆಗೆ ತೋರಿಬಂತು.

20 Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆ ಆರೋನನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತ ನಾಡಿ--

21 Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment.ಈ ಸಭೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯದೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಣಮಾತ್ರ ದಲ್ಲಿ ದಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.

22 They fell on their faces, and said, God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and will you be angry with all the congregation?ಆಗ ಅವರು ಬೋರಲು ಬಿದ್ದು--ಓ ದೇವರೇ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶರೀರಾತ್ಮಗಳ ದೇವರೇ, ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಪಾಪದ ದೆಸೆಯಿಂದ ನೀನು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸಭೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೋಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ತ್ತೀಯೋ ಅಂದರು.

23 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ--

24 Speak to the congregation, saying, Get away from around the tent of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.ಕೋರಹ ದಾತಾನ್‌ ಅಬೀರಾಮರ ನಿವಾಸದ ಸುತ್ತಲಿಂದ ದೂರಹೋಗಿರಿ ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಹೇಳು ಅಂದನು--

25 Moses rose up and went to Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him.ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಎದ್ದು ದಾತಾನ ಅಬೀರಾಮರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋದನು; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಹಿರಿಯರೂ ಅವನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೋದರು.

26 He spoke to the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest you be consumed in all their sins.ಅವನು ಸಭೆಗೆ--ನೀವು ಈ ದುಷ್ಟ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಡೇರೆಗಳ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿ ಹೋಗಿರಿ. ನೀವು ಅವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಶವಾಗ ದಂತೆ ಅವರಿಗಿರುವ ಯಾವದನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಬೇಡಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.

27 So they got them up from the tent of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood at the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little ones.ಆಗ ಅವರು ಕೋರಹ ದಾತಾನ್‌ ಅಬೀರಾಮರ ಡೇರೆಗಳ ಸುತ್ತಲಿಂದ ದೂರಹೋದರು. ದಾತಾನ್‌ ಅಬೀರಾಮರೂ ಅವರ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯರೂ ಕುಮಾ ರರೂ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಹೊರಟು ತಮ್ಮ ಗುಡಾರಗಳ ಬಾಗಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡರು.

28 Moses said, Hereby you shall know that Yahweh has sent me to do all these works; for [I have] not [done them] of my own mind.ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು--ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ತನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಅವು ಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನೀವು ಇದರಿಂದ ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ.

29 If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then Yahweh hasn't sent me.ಇವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಹಾಗೆ ಸತ್ತರೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಹಾಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ತವಾದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

30 But if Yahweh make a new thing, and the ground open its mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain to them, and they go down alive into Sheol; then you shall understand that these men have despised Yahweh.ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೊಸದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಭೂಮಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿತೆರೆದು ಇವರನ್ನೂ ಇವರಿಗಿರು ವದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನುಂಗಿ ಅವರು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಯುವವರಾದರೆ ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ರೇಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ನೀವು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.

31 It happened, as he made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground split apart that was under them;ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನು ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾದವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೇಳಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿದಾಗಲೇ ಅವರ ಕೆಳಗಿರುವ ನೆಲವು ಸೀಳಿ

32 and the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and all the men who appertained to Korah, and all their goods.ಭೂಮಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿ ತೆರೆದು ಅವರನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಮನೆಯವರನ್ನೂ ಕೋರಹನಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸಕಲ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನೂ ಅವರಿಗಿದ್ದದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನುಂಗಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು.

33 So they, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into Sheol: and the earth closed on them, and they perished from among the assembly.ಅವರು ತಮಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವುಗಳೆ ಲ್ಲವುಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಸಜೀವಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿದರು; ಭೂಮಿಯು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯದೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಾಶವಾದರು.

34 All Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them; for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up.ಆಗ ಅವರ ಸುತ್ತಲಿದ್ದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರೆಲ್ಲರು ಅವರ ಕೂಗಿಗೆ ಓಡಿಹೋದರು; ಅವರು--ಭೂಮಿಯು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಹ ನುಂಗಿತೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

35 Fire came forth from Yahweh, and devoured the two hundred fifty men who offered the incense.ಬೆಂಕಿಯು ಕರ್ತನ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಧೂಪ ವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದ ಇನ್ನೂರ ಐವತ್ತು ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ದಹಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು.

36 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ

37 Speak to Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, that he take up the censers out of the burning, and scatter you the fire yonder; for they are holy,ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಆರೋನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಎಲಿಯಾ ಜರನಿಗೆ--ಧೂಪದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿರು ವದರಿಂದ ದಹಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮತ್ತು ನೀನು ಆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ದೂರಕ್ಕೆ ಚೆಲ್ಲು.

38 even the censers of these sinners against their own lives; and let them be made beaten plates for a covering of the altar: for they offered them before Yahweh; therefore they are holy; and they shall be a sign to the children of Israel.ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಧೂಪದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಿ ಪೀಠದ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಗಲವಾದ ತಗಡುಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದ ಕಾರಣ ಅವು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದವುಗಳು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅವು ಗುರುತುಗಳಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

39 Eleazar the priest took the brazen censers, which those who were burnt had offered; and they beat them out for a covering of the altar,ಆಗ ಸುಟ್ಟು ಹೋದವರು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದ ಹಿತ್ತಾಳೆಯ ಧೂಪದಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಎಲಿಯಾಜರನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬಲಿಪೀಠವನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಗಲ ವಾದ ತಗಡುಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

40 to be a memorial to the children of Israel, to the end that no stranger, who isn't of the seed of Aaron, comes near to burn incense before Yahweh; that he not be as Korah, and as his company: as Yahweh spoke to him by Moses.ಆರೋನನ ಸಂತಾನವಲ್ಲದ ಪರಕೀಯನು ಕರ್ತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಧೂಪವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಸವಿಾಪಿಸದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಕೋರಹನೂ ಅವನ ಸಮೂಹವೂ ಇದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇರದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯಿಂದ ಹೇಳಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಇದು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕ ವಾಗಿರುವದು ಅಂದನು.

41 But on the next day all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron, saying, You have killed the people of Yahweh.ಆದರೆ ಮರುದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಾ ಮೋಶೆ ಆರೋನರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಗುಣುಗುಟ್ಟುತ್ತಾ--ನೀವು ಕರ್ತನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಅಂದರು.

42 It happened, when the congregation was assembled against Moses and against Aaron, that they looked toward the tent of meeting: and, behold, the cloud covered it, and the glory of Yahweh appeared.ಸಭೆಯು ಮೋಶೆಗೂ ಆರೋನನಿಗೂ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಆದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ, ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನೋಡಲಾಗಿ ಇಗೋ, ಮೇಘವು ಅದನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಕರ್ತನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯು ಕಾಣಬಂತು.

43 Moses and Aaron came to the front of the tent of meeting.ಮೋಶೆ ಆರೋನರೂ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದರು.

44 Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ--

45 Get away from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment. They fell on their faces.ನೀವು ಈ ಸಭೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯದಿಂದ ಎದ್ದು ಬನ್ನಿರಿ. ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಣಮಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ದಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಬೋರಲು ಬಿದ್ದರು.

46 Moses said to Aaron, Take your censer, and put fire therein from off the altar, and lay incense thereon, and carry it quickly to the congregation, and make atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from Yahweh; the plague is begun.ಮೋಶೆಯು ಆರೋನನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಧೂಪದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟು ಧೂಪ ಹಾಕಿ ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಸಭೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರಿ ಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಮಾಡು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಕರ್ತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಿಂದ ಕೋಪವು ಹೊರಟು ಅವರೊಳಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಧಿಯು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

47 Aaron took as Moses spoke, and ran into the midst of the assembly; and, behold, the plague was begun among the people: and he put on the incense, and made atonement for the people.ಮೋಶೆಯು ಹೇಳಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಆರೋನನು ಅದನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಸಭೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಓಡಿಬಂದನು. ಆಗ ಇಗೋ, ವ್ಯಾಧಿಯು ಜನರೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ ವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಅವನು ಧೂಪವನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು ಜನರಿಗೋ ಸ್ಕರ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಮಾಡಿದನು.

48 He stood between the dead and the living; and the plague was stayed.ಅವನು ಸತ್ತವರಿಗೂ ಜೀವವುಳ್ಳವರಿಗೂ ಮಧ್ಯ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡ ದ್ದರಿಂದ ವ್ಯಾಧಿಯು ಶಮನವಾಯಿತು.

49 Now those who died by the plague were fourteen thousand and seven hundred, besides those who died about the matter of Korah.ಆದರೆ ಕೋರಹನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಸತ್ತುಹೋದವರ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಾಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ತವರು ಹದಿನಾಲ್ಕುಸಾವಿರದ ಏಳು ನೂರು ಮಂದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು.

50 Aaron returned to Moses to the door of the tent of meeting: and the plague was stayed.ಆರೋನನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಬಂದನು, ವ್ಯಾಧಿಯು ನಿಂತು ಹೋಗಿತ್ತು.
