ಒಂದಾನೊಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿ ಇದ್ದನು. ಅವನು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡದವನೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಮಾಡದವನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದನು.
