ಕರ್ತನು ನನ್ನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮಶಾಲಿಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲಿನ ಕೆಳಗೆ ತುಳಿದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಆತನು ನನ್ನ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ಜಜ್ಜಲು ನನಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಕರೆದಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಕರ್ತನು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಮಗಳಾದ ಕನ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೆಯ ತೊಟ್ಟಿಯಂತೆ ತುಳಿದಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
