ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜನರೂ ಹೊರಟು ದೇವರ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದು ಅತ್ತು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು ಆ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲದ ವರೆಗೆ ಉಪವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಕರ್ತ ನಿಗೆ ದಹನಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಮಾಧಾನದಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂಷವು ಅಲ್ಲಿದ್ದದರಿಂದಲೂ
