ಅಹೀತೋಫೆಲನು ಅಬ್ಷಾಲೋಮನಿಗೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ಮನೆಗೆ ಕಾವಲಿಟ್ಟ ಉಪಪತ್ನಿಗಳೊಡನೆ ಸಂಗಮಿಸು; ಆಗ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಯಿಂದ ನೀನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನೆಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲ್ಯರು ಕೇಳಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರ ಕೈಗಳೂ ಬಲವಾಗಿರುವವು ಅಂದನು.
