ಕರ್ತನು ನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನು ಸಂಕಟದೊಳಗಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಅನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ದಿನದ ತನಕ ಇಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಬಲ್ಲವನಾಗಿ ದ್ದಾನೆ.
