2 Chronicles 15:16 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅರಸನಾಗಿರುವ ಆಸನ ತಾಯಿಯಾದ ಮಾಕಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಏನಂದರೆ, ಅವಳು ಒಂದು ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ತೋಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವಳನ್ನು ರಾಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ ಹಾಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿದನು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆಸನು ಅವಳ ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಕಡಿದುಹಾಕಿ ಅದನ್ನು ತುಳಿದು ಕಿದ್ರೋನ್ ಹಳ್ಳದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಸುಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟನು.
King James Version (KJV) And also concerning Maachah the mother of Asa the king, he removed her from being queen, because she had made an idol in a grove: and Asa cut down her idol, and stamped it, and burnt it at the brook Kidron.
