and laid the foundations	וְיֹסֵ֣ד	yāsad	ya-SAHD
of the earth;	אָרֶץ֒	ʾereṣ	eh-RETS
and hast feared	וַתְּפַחֵ֨ד	pāḥad	pa-HAHD
continually	תָּמִ֜יד	tāmîd	ta-MEED
every	כָּל	kōl	kole
day	הַיּ֗וֹם	yôm	yome
because	מִפְּנֵי֙	pānîm	pa-NEEM
of the fury	חֲמַ֣ת	ḥēmâ	hay-MA
of the oppressor,	הַמֵּצִ֔יק	ṣûq	tsook
as if	כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר	ʾăšer	uh-SHER
he were ready	כּוֹנֵ֖ן	kûn	koon
to destroy?	לְהַשְׁחִ֑ית	šāḥat	sha-HAHT
and where	וְאַיֵּ֖ה	ʾayyē	ah-YAY
the fury	חֲמַ֥ת	ḥēmâ	hay-MA
of the oppressor?	הַמֵּצִֽיק׃	ṣûq	tsook
