इसलिये अब तू मेरे लिये लबानोन पर से देवदारु काटने की आज्ञा दे, और मेरे दास तेरे दासों के संग रहेंगे, और जो कुछ मज़दूरी तू ठहराए, वही मैं तुझे तेरे दासों के लिये दूंगा, तुझे मालूम तो है, कि सीदोनियों के बराबर लकड़ी काटने का भेद हम लोगों में से कोई भी नहीं जानता।

Now therefore command thou that they hew me cedar trees out of Lebanon; and my servants shall be with thy servants: and unto thee will I give hire for thy servants according to all that thou shalt appoint: for thou knowest that there is not among us any that can skill to hew timber like unto the Sidonians.

Now therefore command thou that they cut me cedar-trees out of Lebanon; and my servants shall be with thy servants; and I will give thee hire for thy servants according to all that thou shalt say: for thou knowest that there is not among us any that knoweth how to cut timber like unto the Sidonians.

out of מִן min meen
Lebanon; הַלְּבָנ֗וֹן lĕbānôn leh-va-NONE
and my servants וַֽעֲבָדַי֙ ʿebed eh-VED
shall be יִֽהְי֣וּ hāyâ ha-YA
with עִם ʿim eem
thy servants: עֲבָדֶ֔יךָ ʿebed eh-VED
hire וּשְׂכַ֤ר śākār sa-HAHR
for thy servants עֲבָדֶ֙יךָ֙ ʿebed eh-VED
and unto thee will I give אֶתֵּ֣ן nātan na-TAHN
לְךָ֔
according to all כְּכֹ֖ל kōl kole
that אֲשֶׁ֣ר ʾăšer uh-SHER
thou shalt appoint: תֹּאמֵ֑ר ʾāmar ah-MAHR
for כִּ֣י׀ kî kee
thou אַתָּ֣ה ʾattâ ah-TA
knowest יָדַ֗עְתָּ yādaʿ ya-DA
that כִּ֣י kî kee
not אֵ֥ין ʾayin ah-YEEN
בָּ֛נוּ
among us any אִ֛ישׁ ʾîš eesh
that can skill יֹדֵ֥עַ yādaʿ ya-DA
to hew לִכְרָת kārat ka-RAHT
timber עֵצִ֖ים ʿēṣ ayts
like unto the Sidonians. כַּצִּֽדֹנִֽים׃ ṣîdōnî tsee-doh-NEE
